This is so weird but..my friend has a pic of my ex bf that I like so much and she made him a website and it has the picture. When I saw the picture, I started crying. I dont even know why. Maybe cuz I haven't seen him for 4 months striaght. I'm supposed to be hanging out with him when I get back from vacation. What if when I see him i want to start crying?? What can I do and why did i start crying like that?? How can help myself from crying when I see him?? PLEASE HELP ME!

I bet a lot of us can relate to this. Well yeah I did that before but just not with an ex. Its just that you miss him soo much and you still care a lot about him! That is fine. Once you see him I don`t think you will start crying but you will be just glad to see him! Give him a big hug and you will feel so much better!

i cry all the time about my ex, even when i have no reason at all.its just the more you care about them the more emotional things can get, or it could of ben energy vibes that you get around him.and to help stop from crying, what really helps is to look straight into his eyes, and think about him being there with you.

It could be many things.. you could of thought you moved on and then just the image of him made your heart drop and all the emotions and feelings you had for him just came rushing back it really sucks but i would say its just a lil love bug; and you seeing him could make things better or worse.. i would go with hanging out with him tho
