Unless you are trying to change your personality from a blonde one to a brunette one, I wouldn't. Keep the naturality. Personally, I find blonde hair really attractive if it is kept naturally blonde.

If a number is to a negative exponent, put it under 1. Then, make the exponent positive and apply it to the bottom number. For instance:
4(10)^-2
The rules say that you do exponents first, so.
4* 1/10^2
This can go to 4* 1/100, which is 1/25.
Anything to the 0th exponent is always 1.
That should help you on the first 4.
10x+2y divided by 5 is trickier. You need to divide it all by 5. That will be 10x/5 + 2y/5. AKA, 2x+2/5Y.
(tr-r)/r is one of my favorite things. Factoring. Both tr and r have an r in it, so factor out an r. r(t-1). Divided by r, it makes t-1.

I do not think that the tendinitis came back. Physical therapy stops it forever unless you reinjure it, which is harder the second time. Yet, I don't think that you every trely fully heal.
For instance, I had knee tendinitis/bursitis from October 31st 2004 until Late June 2005 (17 sessions of physical therapy. Bleh... :P). It was diagnosed as cured, yet I still have some of the symptoms I experianced (Unable to straighten knee, pain, etc...), just to a lesser extent.
I think that the same thing happened to you. You are cured, yet you have it at the lesser extent. It must be some aftermath thing...

I think you may just have a temporary stomach virus. Sice you said lately, that's what made me think of it. However, if that is not it, then I believe that something may be worse. Go to a doctor, and he'll tell you.

Yes. You can be in love at any age. Age is just a number.

You need to say why you would make a good president, what you would do, what makes you more qualified than the other candidates, and how you would help the school community and the Freshman Class. Just think for a bit on each topic, and say actual changes that may occur and appeal to your audience.
Yet, speeches aren't really important. Really good ones may boost you a bit, but most elections are just popularity contests. I wouldn't worry about it. :)
