Does it mean having sexual contact...because if so, then any type of contact would make you lose your virginity, right?

You need to be calm about it and relax. If you have just started your period and its light then the absorbancy you used was probably just to much. Therefore when you try to take it out its gonna bea little hrd. But just relax as much as you can and pull it out slowly. Make sure you dont break it cause then parts will still be stuck in you. If youcant get it out then you need to call the doctor quick!

Yea, deffinatly normal. Pluse water is good when you have your period it keeps you hydrated and it somewhat releaves cramps.

15/f.freshman.
I'm shy. in school, i'm quiet in class. with friends/family, im loud. people don't realize that. i hate it! I know i'm not ugly. Really, idk if it's about self-esteem. I just feel like I don't have any motivation to talk to people. I've never had a real boyfriend, or kissed a guy. and i want that to change. I wanna make new friends, because even though i have 2 best friends, i can't ALWAYS rely on them. I talk to people, but i'm not like friends with them as in like hanging out and talking everyday. Plus guys is a whole different story. I want a boyfriend! And i have no guy friends. NONE. This is my new years resolution and i have to do this. i can't keep being like this. What can i do to give myself some motivation, that boost i need to get me going? To get me first of all, participating in class more, talking in class, talking to other people, boys AND girls, making friends and getting a boyfriend (or more:)) I just want to start over freshman year! its a new year i need to make a change! I just don't know where to start.
Turely anf honestly that was me freshman year to. Like EXACTALLY. So i deffinatly know how you feel. But i sucked it up and totaly chaged and i LOVE my life now. You just need to put yourself out there. Start small you dont wanna go too crazy. Just gradually start to talk to more people. Maybe some people that you have occasionaly talked to but never too deep into a converstation. You need to get yourself comfortable with it then you will be talking up a storm:). Boyfriend wise. You just have to wait. Trying to get a guy is harder. I waited all 15 years of my life then i met 1 boy and unexspectidly got my first boyfriend. Dont rush into that. Try meeting some new boys, like ones that your other friends talk to. All in all, you just have to let it all go, not care what anyone thinks cause that the main reason people are shy they are scred that people wont like there true selfs. but the truth is that people like you better when you nice and talk alot, make converstaion. i was at the dollar store today and i saw this V05 hot oil treatment for dry/damaged hair and i wanted to buy it but i didnt because i didnt know what it would do to my hair.. i should of looked on the box but i didnt lol. what does a hot oil treatment do to your hair? thanks a lot.
I actually used just that brand before. Its just for dry hair like if you straghten it, or just have naturally fry hair. For me it made my hair really greesy i didnt like it much. But it's supposed to make it dort od silky i gess you could say. Less dry.
