yoga, and if you just run like a couple of times in your nieghbor hodd everyday it should work and if you drink soda stop because you can just loose 10 pounds by just not drinking soda anymore and drink a lot of water, dont ever eat lese just eat healthier because the lease you eat the lease calories you can burn ! so just eat right fruite veggies- no fast food unless liek subway !

Does anybody know any good programs that would help me make icons? I already have Gif Builder, but it messes up my icons and makes them black and white when they are supposed to be colored. I have a MAC OS X so any programs that are compatable with macs would be helpful.

Okay well there's this guy I really like and I want him to be my boyfriend but the thing is that one of my friends likes him a lot too. So when I told her I liked him she made me promise that I wouldn't go out with him. yes, it does make since but god made you how you are and everyone is different and you dont have to be skinny to be popular or pretty, god made you jsut the way you are and you should expect that, a while a go i thought i was fat and needed to loose wieght then i went out to like dinner and public places and then i saw that there are plenty of people bigger then me that would call me skinny. also some girls are like born skinny, they have a fast matabalisam witch means they dijest food fast, others are skinny and dont want to be, one of my friends is really skinny and she said she wants to be my size witch is like normal becuz when your skinny a lot of people think that your anerxic, but if you really feel as if you NEED to loose wieght then go for it!
