you can take prenatal vitamins to make your hair grow, they are also very good for your skin and nails.
also, mane and tail shampoo works really good.

Vitamin E! You can get the actual vitamin at a drug store or health food store, but there is a shampoo and conditioner that is Vitamin E based and it works faster..and you can find it at Sally's Beauty Supplies ...hoped i helped..bRiTtNeY

Uh hey. It's Vitamin D and its in the sun, and buy orange juice w/ it in it. Also, a lot of protien helps your hair grow really fast. But i don't really know how long it takes to work but after a day in the sun i swear my hair is visibly longer! And don't take vitamin D supplements bc if you have to much of it, its like a toxin or something! lol well hope i helped! love yah!

ok i saw this ad thing in a magazine. lol it says it grows longer in 5-7 days. its called hair beauty plus, i think...
