There is no clear defined answer for this question. For starters, it's possible for a person to never have morning sickness while pregnant. The ones that do, it varies in between usually the second and third month of being pregnant.

I am currently in grade ten in high school. Next semester I am taking my first online class... and I have NO idea what to expect! Anyone have any advice or tips on this please help! Thanks!

Currently, I am enrolled in University of Phoenix, online classes. We have 100 percent availability to our instructors at certain times. I also have a syllabus that I have to follow for this course. I tend to check my syllabus and make sure that I write down when things are due. This way, I know when I have to study for different things, and when to do them. Just make sure that you follow all instructions given by your teacher, and stay organized and on top of your assignments and you should be fine. Good Luck!!

Okay so I got a really bad sunburn on my shoulder today spending an hour to walk to the nearest 7/11 and back. It's been the first day I haven't worn sunscreen all summer, because I didn't think I'd get sunburned.

Anyway, it's a pretty small spot, luckily and isn't hurting that much. However I'm still applying moisturiser to help but moisture back into my skin. My question is: How often should I apply the moisturiser on the sunburn?

Using lotions keep the heat in on a sunburn, causing it to hurt longer. I would suggest a few things. You could use aloe vera gel, when it's cold, it feels great on your sunburn. Also, I have heard an olds wives tale, and tried it on my friend, which said it helped, using slices of potatoes to draw out the heat from the sunburn. She had gone to a water park in the middle of the summer and keep back looking like a lobster. We had cut slices of a potato up and put it on her sunburn. She laid there for a little while, when she got up, she said she felt better. Good Luck!

An idea would be to find someone that has an all in one printer/scanner and buy a package of paper that is like 4 bucks. I do believe the other posts advice would be kinkos. I'm guessing anyways. Another idea, ask your school (if you are in school) how much they would charge to use their copier.

On new years I took my birth control pill at 10pm (my usual time) but I had a little too much to drink and later that night threw up. That night I also slept over my boyfriend's house and had sex a couple times (no ejaculation inside, but no condom either). A week later (this past monday) I got some spotting that was pinkish and that's when it occured to me I possibly threw up my pill. I know you miss one pill and you can get pregnant, so is this implantation bleeding? It only lasted about 1.5 days and was very light.

Unfortunately, the only real way to know if you are pregnant or not, is to get a test.

I will say this, if you were on the pill for more than 30 days,and you still took your pill that night, chances are, you are not pregnant. It takes more than one missed pill to become pregnant.

The only thing that effects birth control pills, from what I understand, is antibiotics.

In any case, if you are really concerned, get a test and easy your mind. At least this way, you won't be stressing out until your period is suppose to show up.

i have really have bad cramo that hurt realy bad!!!!! it hurts any suggestions on cramps???? :( im dying.....ahhhh!!!!!

Unfortunately, there is no "cure" for this that will be forever. My suggestion is to try and get some pamprin or midol, for me it works pretty good. Then, you can use a heating pad on your stomach area, and prop up your legs. I have been suffering from this for a while now, and these are the few things that have helped me significantly not ripping someone's head off when I am suffering from pain. Good Luck!

i have hair on mys tomach and on my chest and breasts and back aand it drives me crazy because its dark because i have dark hair...but i dont want to wax it due to pain. and i don;t want to shave it or use nair because then it just grows back thicker and darker. am i able to bleach it?? and around how much would it be? i need to get rid of it or make it unoticable soon because i am to self concious about it and i would like to be able to wear a bikini in the summer without wearing a tank top over it! plz help

I am assuming that since nair is out of the question, deplitory creams are out too? There are a few thing that you can do.
#1 You can bleach your skin hair with some kind of product. The ones I found are Jolen Creme Bleach, Sally Hansen Extra Strength Creme Hair Bleach for Arms, Legs, and Face, Sally Hansen Fast and Gentle Creme Hair Bleach for Face and Invis-Bleach Bleaching Cream. Unfortunately, no there is nothing you can do about it. It's one of those things that your body does naturally on it's own. The more you get turned on, the worse it gets. Sorry.

we are friends but i think he likes me, and i like him. im not positive he likes me. i want to ask him but i dont want to make a fool of myself and ruin our friendship. what should i do?

I would suggest talking to him and getting a feel for how he thinks and reacts to you. Say you went up to him and ask him if he wants to hang out with you and your friends some place, over the weekend. If he comes, and is not hesitant, you know he came because of you, and that he likes you. If he doesn't want to go, but has a legitimate reason for not wanting to go, all hope may not be lost, try again some other time. If he tells you that he can't and doesn't seem at all interested in the option, I would just write it off. This way, you are protecting yourself while still scoping out how he feels. Good Luck! there was this guy in my class last semester who i became friends with and we picked on each other all the time. he was only a friend to me, but other people have told me that he admitted to really liking me. he never told me though, so as far as hes concerned i still dont know. i was going through some love life delimmas with my long-term, now ex-boyfriend and he was always concerned for me. now i dont see him anymore, but we still talk/joke via myspace. i want him to be able to admit he likes me, and it seems like hes thought about it before by things hes said to me, but never has. hes said before he can talk to me really easily, so how can i get him to loosen up? i dont want to straight up ask him.

Well, my question to you would be, do you have feelings for him and that is why you want to know? If you do like him, and you think he likes you too, then just go for it. No guts, no glory is what they always say. I mean at least this way, you could end up with someone that you truly care for and cares for you. Or, you could just remain friends, but at least you are friends that can be open and honest with. Isn't that what friendship is for? Trust me, I have been with a guy before, we started as friends, dated, then ended up being friends again. So, as long as you two are mature enough to handle each others honesty, then you will be just fine.

sometimes movie theaters give out free posters for a particular movie. does anyone know if there is a pattern to this? if i wanted a poster of this movie that is coming out, how would i know when they will be giving them out in the movie theater? what if i wanted a movie poster of a recent movie that is already out? or can you only get posters that just came out on the same day or the newest movie or something?

I would suggest talking to the manager at the movie theater. Maybe, you could ask him what they do with the posters once they are done promoting the movie, and see if they give them away for free or can you purchase them.

can someone tell me about the phrase people say in frustration: "jesus christ!" why do people say that as:

an expression of surprise, shock or annoyance. Some people might consider this offensive:

and its considered taking his name in vain:

i dont know if jesus christ is technically "there" or not but "god is everywhere"?

so.. im confused. how did saying christ's name when you're annoyed originate? and its a sign of disrespect because youre saying that for when something bad happens?

btw, is "oh my god" also bad?

From what I understand, "Jesus Christ", "G.D.", and "oh my god", would be considered disrespectful because you are using his name in vain. Taking his name is vain would be saying his name in an improper or irreverant manner (according to dictionary.com).

I am not sure where it originated from. I'm not even sure if there would be a way to find out when and where it was used for the first time. It could have been a religious person that was upset with a child for doing something wrong, and didn't want to say anything bad, and ended up saying it anyways, not thinking anything of it.

It only takes one person to say a catch phrase and it starts the epidemic nationally. Think of words like bling, bling, or going farther back, saying far out. It possibly ended up being like that in the beginning and turned into a catch phrase.

This is my theory anyways, sounds good to me ;). I hope I've helped some, I know I didn't give you the exact meaning, but at least I have shed some light on the subject. Good question btw.

I've never been the type of person to hug every individual. Most of the comfort I recieve is through eye contact or word usage, yet I know what's missing...I need to be comforted physically. How can I go about hugging the ones I care about without doubting myself?

First, a good hug is something that makes you and the person you are hugging feel good. There's no real definition of hugging that applies to each and every hug. It differs from person to person. Say you are hugging someone of the opposite sex that you are attracted too, you would hug them close and tenderly. If you were hugging someone that is just a close friend, it wouldn't be as close but it would still be heart-felt.

You should never doubt yourself. You are learning your individual tastes and sometimes you find out things about yourself that you never knew before. When you do something, and if it feels right, and is at the right time, there is no reason to doubt.

when people say they're not ivy league material.. why not? how do you qualify to be an "ivy" person? i know smart people who just dont want to apply to ivy schools not because of finance issues but is the atmosphere too competitive or what?

Ivy league schools are the top schools that are offered. They have a stricter curriculum and tighter administrative standards. They are expensive, you have to be a brainiac with a very good transcript, and you have to be extremely dedicated to your education, which leaves little time for people to discover themselves as a person. There are advantages of going to an Ivy League School though, such as, greater job opportunities, higher pay, and more social connections to higher authoritites. So, it just depends on which path in life that someone is wanting to take, if they are career oriented, then they will chose the Ivy League Schools. If they are wanting to learn more about themselves, take life as it comes, not have to know exactly what you want to do in life, then a University of lesser status is the best possiblity for them.

Now these are just a few sites that may help give you a clearer understanding of STDS. My husband had a theory that the Native Americans never had disease or illness until others started coming over here. Because there were no real sanitation means were practiced, (not the Native Americans, but the others) it developed into disease, bacterial, and viral infections. Thus, spreading it around to others. Monogomy has never been a set issue. People have always been unfaithful or players of their generation, making it spread faster.
