I have a boyfriend who is a little older than me. I really fell in love with him just by talking to him. He helped me with a lot of things. But now he loves me and were going out. So, I've only kissed 1 guy in my life. Im not a slut so I don't makeout with every guy I meet. So that's why I havent kissed but 1 guy. But, I think my b/f wants to kiss me, all guys think about is that and sex. So, Im so nervous Ill mess up. Ive only kissed one guy and I messed that one up. Any tips on how to NOT mess up and make it presurable? Thanx

Don't keep dwelling on your last messed up kiss. Just try to make yourself calm and not panic. When you're ready, it will come naturally to you and will be an enjoyable experience for you both. You will be fine. and have fun. :)

Do what you personally feel. Don't let others make up your mind, or potential boyfriends. It's your body and your choice.

i dont eat alot of meat and i dont drink milk. i eat any other dairy products, is there any kind of food i can eat to replace that?

Sometimes, when you don't eat enough meat and don't substitute it, you can become anaemic, causing you to feel ill. Sort this by taking iron suppliments to even out the number of blood cells in your body. Spinach will also help give you the nutrients you don't get from meat.

help!! i normally eat healthy ubt i always snack on crisps. i know they are bad so what can i do instead while still getting the satisfaction of eating them

Crisps in moderation aren't bad for you at all. So about 2, maybe 3 bags a week are okay, however I'm getting the impression you eat them daily, perhaps more than once.
You've got yourself into a bad habit. Luckily, it's easy to correct :)
At first, it might be hard to stick to, but apparently, after about 3 weeks, you will have trained yourself to no longer feel the need to eat crisps as much as you do now.
When you feel like eating them, eat some kind of fruit instead. Or snack on differet types of nuts/seeds. Of course you might find it hard at first, but you'll feel so much better once you've succeeded.
Also, for treats and special occasions when you do eat them, substitute them for low fat ones etc. Good luck!
