how do you play girls' lacrosse? I'm a 13 year old in 7th grade and I want to try out for my school's lacrosse team in the spring. My sis played lacrosse and already has a stick so I could borrow it (if she feels generous! lmao.. but is there other equipment too? i think theres a mouthguard but idk) and stuff. I already do a lot of running with soccer and basketball that I already do, and I've played lacrosse before in school and it wasn't THAT hard. but like do you think i could have a chance on the team? and what are some things from your personal experience (i tried searching for it.. but idk what to search for or anything.. i'd rather hear it from someone whos personally done it) like is it fun, or what do you have to do? and how do you play and what are the best positions (iff there even are positions in this game..) etc. thanks for da help! & sorry this is kinda loong.

Okay, so I'm going to need to fast for a long period of time to get a bunch of blood work done, ect. (I'm getting cholesterol tests, which is why I cant eat the days of the tests) so I was wondering if there are any ways to get my mind off food. I'm huge on eating many snacks during the day, so this will be hard for me. If any of you have any effective tecniques or anything, please help me out. =D.

there's a bunch of different things you can do. First, download spybot:search and destroy at:

install, update, and run it. then go to:

and run housecall to see if you have viruses. Then go to Start>all programs>accesories>system tools>disk cleanup and run that. Then go to start>all prgarms>accesories>system tools>defragmentor and run that. Then go to pcpitstop.com, register, run tests, and follow their advice. Then go to http://www.iobit.com/ and download, install, and run "advanced windowscare". You can go to start>run and type msconfig, this will allow you to significantly speed up your computer, though you could really mess it up, too.

go to download.com and click audio/video on the left. then click audio production. You can then search or filter 400 or so programs they have. Most the the programs have reviews on the site from users.
