child labor laws
i was wonderin about the child labor laws in georgia.. everything i read is confusing to understand exactly what they are. im 16 and need to know how many hours/days i can work a week. thanx

Georgia Work Hour Restrictions
Minors under the age of 16 may work no more than:
4 hours on a school day
8 hours on a non-school day
40 hours during a non-school week
Not before 6 a.m.
Not after 9 p.m.
Since you are NOT under 16, this doesnt apply to you :)

I am 16 years of age. What time does the boss have to let me off in the evenings on a school night?
There are no restriction on hours for minors 16 years of age and above. (No cutoff hour; no maximum number of hours per day).
