is there any program that like, when you zoom on in a picture and it gets all like pixelated and blurry, anything to make that go away? prefer it to be free.. thanks

no theres not, the better the camera res. the better the picture, tehres nothing you can do about it afterward.

no, it has to be either a really high-res picture, or be encoded in some weird format.
Or you could have an ultra-expensive program that law enforcement uses.

Pretty sure theres not and if there is i dont know what it is. But as far i know, that is not possible. Anytime you enlarge a picture you are stretching it.

not that's impossible. When they do that on CSI and other shows, it isn't real.
