What are the requirements to become a level II moderator? If you feel like you are a really good Level I moderator, can you make an appeal to become a Level II moderator? I feel like I could do it! Thanks!

"Since level II moderators can do a lot, we try to only have 10 or so at a time. If one dies, we promote a new one. To pick the new one, we look at who among the level I mods has been here the longest, then we look at their advice column, how they've rated questions, the whole bit. Since level II mods have to approve and rate every question, we only pick people who rate questions like crazy. We also only pick people who've been here a really long time, because we need to know you've got some staying power on the site.

Unlike the level I job, level II isn't something you get automatically for being your cool self, we have to need more level II mods for someone to become one. So if you don't get to be one, you shouldn't be upset."

after i broke up with my boyfried we both still really liked eachother. we decided to kind of be "together" during the summer. one night my friend had a party i wasnt invited to and she always told me how cute the two of us were and all that. she ended up kissing him and then making out and this was all while we were together. he told me he was sry but he liked her. i was so mad. i finally got over that and then one of my other friends who totally hated the other for doing that to me was a total hypocrite and did the same thing. now theyre done and i am still totally obsessed with him. i dont think he cares at all, but he is a little bit flirty. i have no clue what to do to let him know i still like him. please help me!

I think you should move on and forget about this guy. He sounds like a total asshole and these "friends" you have aren't real friends. Obviously they knew that you still had feelings for your ex, but yet they both got with him. They're not good friends at all or they wouldn't have done that in the first place. Once a cheater always a cheater. You gave him another chance but he screwed that up. I think you should just move on. There's so many other guys out there, ones that won't hurt you, make you cry or do stuff like he's done behind your back. This guy isn't worth your time; he doesn't deserve you. You need a guy that'll make you happy and will treat you right. I know it'll take sometime to move on, but in time you'll get over him and you'll realize how much happier you're without him in your life.

My boyfriend is my everything! He keeps my heart beating and my face smiling. He's the love of my life; everything I want; everything I need. He is my best friend and the most amazing boyfriend, ever. I can't imagen my life without him in it. He's the glue that holds me together. Without him I'd be a complete mess. He's an amazing person, inside and out. I love how we're ourselfs around one another. We act like idiots together and it's perfectly fine. We have a million inside jokes and you can always catch us laughing at something silly. Everyday I see him, it's like I seen him for the first time. Lots of people your age haven't had their first first kiss or first boyfriend yet, either. Don't think you're the only one, because you aren't. Everyone takes time for something like this to happen. Some get their first kiss or first boyfriend when they're 12; others when they're 13 and some even only have their first kiss or boyfriend when they're 18-30. It just depends on the person and if they're ready or not. It doesn't really matter if you didn't have your first kiss or had your first real boyfriend, yet. You're only 15, hun. You have tons of time for boyfriends and kisses, believe me. But, I promise you in time, you'll find that special guy and you'll get your first kiss. You just have to give it some time. When you have the chance to talk to her, take it. Don't sit around and be all shy about it when you could be talking to her. If you start talking to her more often maybe something could develop. You have to give it some time, though. I do believe a week would be a little too soon and since you guys didn't really talk, it'll probably be better just to hold of for awhile. Try to get to know her more and talk to her more. Build up a friendship before you try to get a relationship going with this girl.

Even though she's liking and/or going out with this other guy doesn't mean she can't become friends' with you and hangout. Ask her to do something with you sometime. Go to the mall, take her to the movies, go for walks, ask her to come hangout at your house, go to parties, etc. Anything you enjoy doing ask her to do it with you.

For now, just keep it on a friendship level. Since she doesn't know you all the well it would probably be for the best. Once you guys start hanging out and start to know eachother more than maybe something could happen; only time will tell.

Usually when you have a removeable retainer you're suppose to take it out everytime you eat. So yes, when you eat, take it out; it'll be a lot easier to eat with it out.

I watched an episode on "Bullshit" once about penis enlargement pills and toys. They did an experiment with three men and they had to test out the penis pump and the penis enlargement pills. Neatness to say, none of them worked. One guy was on the pills for quite sometime and his penis was the same size as it was before he started taking the pills. I wouldn't waste your money or time on trying to get these pills; they're not worth it. Just because the bottle says "100% all natural" doesn't mean anything. Taking hormonal pills can be dangerous, so I wouldn't suggest anything along those lines. The only way to actually have a larger penis is to get plastic surgery. Other than that, none of these penis enlargement stuff is going to work.

If you're insecure about your size, don't be. Just because you aren't bigger doesn't mean you can't please your partner. Most girls get off by just a guy's hand(s), finger(s) and/or mouth. I suggest the flat iron "Cricket." It's an amazing straightener and it works great. The price is high, though; $150. But it's WELL worth the money.
