People have many misconceptions on what the actual definition of dry sex is. It can be a number of many things, so make sure not to get one idea confused with another.
One defintion of dry sex is when two sex partners wipe away the vagina's natural lurbication before and during sexual intercourse, making the woman's vagina dry and tight. The practice is supposed to generate extra sensation for the man during intercourse but is often uncomfortable for the woman. The practice of dry sex is generally used without condoms (which require lubrication to avoid breakage). It may also result in vaginal inflammation and/or traumatic lesions.
A more commonly known defintion of what dry sex is refers to foreplay and sexual acts that do not involve penetration of any kind. This may also be known as dry humping.

It's basically the same thing as sex, but you have all your clothes on. It mostly includes you and your partner touching, thrusting, kissing, feeling, grabbing, etc, eachother.
