I have a mud mask, and the container does not mention how often it is recommended to use it. I tried searching google, but there's mixed information. I was wondering if anyone knew about how many times a week max. is recommended to use a mud mask?

BTW, I have combination skin (oily t-zone, normal cheek area).

ok i've wanted gauges for a while, and my parents finally agreed. idk how the sizes work though. my friend says hers are a size 2, and they are about half a penny, possibly a third of a penny ? anywho, i know you have to work up to the correct size, soo, what size is the smallest that i need to buy, and where can i get it ?

Okay so on Wednesday (Jan. 30, 2008) I'm getting 5 baby teeth pulled out. My dentist said he was gonna use novicaine (sp?) and laughing gas. I'm so scared! I don't care about the novicaine, but laughing gas?? Is it supposed to put me to sleep? I'm so nervous I feel like I'll freak out as I'm falling asleep! How does it feel? Do you just get drowsy and eventually fall asleep? Does this mean I'll feel no pain when they yank out the 5 teeth? AHH help me! I don't want to be so scared.

With the laughing gas, you feel no pain.
You get drowsy and just go into a deep sleep, and a lot of times have weird dreams, haha.
But with novacaine and laughing gas, no pain will be felt during the procedure- but I can't say the same about after it is done.
Maybe after take some pain relievers, and sleep off the pain

is it true that you have to wear your retainers 24/7? even when u sleep and eat? but could i not wear em to skool and then wear em the rest of the time? cause i dont think not wearin em 8 hours of the day is gonna kill my teeth. cause the people i know that get their braces off never wear their retainer even though they have one but then agian i only see em skool so they could be wearin em at night.

My friends all just wear them at night, and sometimes in the morning. If curious, just ask your orthodontist- because I think it depends on how bad your teeth were.

Ok so me and my little sister (14 and 10) have no idea what to make/buy for our parents. What do you guys think that I can make or what would a ten year old be able to make? Thanks much apreciated.

How about you go to the store, and buy a big piece of posterboard, and make a huge card! Decorate it with glittre and construction paper.
Also, how about making a batch of cookies and decorating them?

so i am asian and i have been going tanning in a tanning bed and im pretty dark now. i stop in 2 weeks so i was wondering how long will my tan last if i just totally stopped in 2 weeks? oh and the tans from tanning outside last longer than tans in a tanning bed?

For me, mine from outside last longer.
And you will probably stay tan for a few weeks or so.

i have to use waterproof mascara cause i curl my lashes and if i use normal mascara, the lashes wont stay curled.. so when i try and take off my mascara, it takes a really long time and its like me pulling off my lashes. so what so i do to make mascara come off easier? or better yet, should i put anything on before i put on the waterproof mascara on the lashes so it could come off easier?

I would buy some makeup remover.
It isn't expensive, and you can buy it wherever it is you buy your mascara.
It will come off much much easier.

I have had this friend who lives in louisiana, who i have never met before. i have known them for going on 6 years and talked with their family and friends and stuff. our long distances friendship is no secret. I was going to have them visit me soon. were both adults (im 18) and i know the risks of meeting him without ever having met him before.. but i need opinions.. what do you think?? any opinions good or bad is VERY appriciated.

for some reason, certain objects aren't showing up in my sims2 seasons game. i have all of the other expansion packs (except the new one). things like specific tables, counters, and chairs don't show up. all of the cars and driveways are invisible too.i can buy them and place them places, but they just don't appear.
anyone know why???

That is odd. If I were you, I would uninstall it, and then reinstall it so incase it was something that happened the first time you installed it , it may correct itself.

hi im sixteen i bench 225 and squat 350 pounds how can i raise these lifts in 3 weeks 15 pounds

I would say add about a pound to each everyday, and when you get to your goal you want to bench and squat, then just practice that for a few days.
day one-225 350
day two 226 351
day three 227 352
day four 228 353
etc, etc.

I don't really think that drinking Vitamin Water has anything to do with it.
My teacher drinks it, and shes about 64 and she is not scene.

I don't really think that they try to be, they just get catagorized that way. They be just who they are, and do nothing really specific.

ok, so I found this cute Tshirt site with these really awesome/funny things on the tees. I decided to go the cheap route and make one myself. Ok, so if I have the desired tshirt graphic on my computer, how do I transfer it onto a tshirt? I mean, I want a good way to do it too, so that if I wash the shirt, it wont shrink/ mix up colors/ fade the picture. Any recommended ways of doing this? Thanks!

Go to a craft store, or even a Staples, or CVS, and buy "iron on transfer paper". You put the paper in the printer, print the design on it(make sure you read the directions on the back of the container the paper comes in- because on some you have to change printer settings). Once you print it, you iron it on to the teeshirt, and it is complete!

Hello all! I'm actually an Advicentator (Nova) but I figured I'd get your opinions on this. Recently Stephenville Texas was in the news. Folks there claiming to have witnessed a UFO. Well, we went there last week and we are planning a trip next weekend. My question is, what questions would you ask the local townsfolk? I am going with an unbiased opinion on the subject. That is really cool, in an eerie way. I just read too that the spaceship accident a few years back happened near you too(you said it in an answer)- what an interesting area to live in!
I would definatly ask what they thought it resembled, were there lights, or anything else that could identify it easy?

okay, everytime when i wake up in the morning for school, and it's really cold.. and i didn't get enough sleep or something. i feel like throwing up, but i just don't throw up, and i don't feel like eating. my dad says that i felt like throwing up cause i didn't eat cause i was hungry, i wasn't hungry. and my sister says it happens to people when they're pregnant. and my friends, that are guys, says that it'll feel better later cause it happens to them also, and they said that they're not pregnant cause it happens to them. because i wake up and didn't have enough sleep, it's also cold, so i kind of shimmer up and tighten up a little bit, and i start to feel like throwing up. is that natural? or what is it?

That happens to me, every single day. I will be walking to the living room, and just sit in a chair- and I get really really cold when my house is really warm, and then I start to feel nauscious. I know several people who this happens to, so you are not the only one.
