hi im sixteen i bench 225 and squat 350 pounds how can i raise these lifts in 3 weeks 15 pounds

I would say add about a pound to each everyday, and when you get to your goal you want to bench and squat, then just practice that for a few days.
day one-225 350
day two 226 351
day three 227 352
day four 228 353
etc, etc.
