how do i photoshop pics

k i think photoshopping is when youo can put photos in backgrounds and do different stuff to the photos.but how do i do that for free

Well, you can't download photoshop for free. That's entirely illegal. Pirate versions are also likely to be contaminated with malware and it's also not good for Adobe, the company that make Photoshop. If people rip off their stuff, they don't have the money to make it.

Your best bet is to download GIMP, which is a freeware program (that's legally free!) very like photoshop. You can then search for some online tutorials: there should be plenty out there.
