My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.

Does discharge mean your close to your period?

Not exactly. You can get discharge for about 2 months and not get your period. It just means it's on the way.

hey ya'll.... ok im a 13 year old girl and i live with my dad and my twin brother... i have to share a room with my brother and as you might know i have no privacy whatsoever... okay like 1 day ago i started my period for the first time...but i odnt know how to tell my dad because i need to go buy some more supplies... and i dont want to tell my brother but im sure hell find out and i kno it will be akward.... so heres my question.. how do i tell my dad(hes a manly man) and i want to tell my brother so it wont be as akward if he finds out on his own.......how do i tell them?!?!!??!?!?o ya and how do i tell my brother to keep his mouth shut cause at the moment i dont want anyone to know!?!?!?!? thanks!

Having periods is a natrual thing for all girls. All the guys also know that. Your dad is your dad. He knows you will start one day. Just tell him.. "Dad, I have to buy some "girl" stuff. Will you take me to the grocery store?" I think he will know what you mean. You don't really have to tell your brother, but if he finds out then oh well. I understand that you will feel okward but it's nothing to hide.

Hi Guys my girlfriend is a couple of years younger than me (23) but she acts like a little kid! When we're out with her friends that are her same age group she's acts completely normal and I am so attracted to her as a person when she's like this. BUT whenever she's out with my friends (their my age) she acts like a little brat, i'm a pretty patient person so have put up with it for a while now, but its starting to be a problem as i feel a little nervous whenever I take her out.

she's acts like this constantly when we're with her family too (she's the youngest child), and i guess her family has treated her like she's the youngest child like forever...

What should I do? I really love this girl, but its just in circumstances where its starting to stress me out. If its a psychological thing i wanna help her through this, just wondering what you guys thought.

I think that if you told her this and if you were honest with her that it would fix the problem. She might get a little upset, but you should be truthful to her. Just tell her straight up what you just said. It's not like you are being mean, but you just want to tell her the truth. I'm sure she will know you still love her no matter what. I also think that she just want's to "show off" infront of your friends. All girls do that, no matter what their age is.

Do you know why those people hate you? If you did something or if you were mean to them then you can fix that. Apologize to them and be nice. Say sorry to your friends and just try to make things work between you guys. If they don't like you for no aparent reason then they are being very selfish and rude. It's not your fault and I don't know if there is anything you can do. I think you should try making friends outside of school. Like when you go to the movies, mall or where ever, try to make friends and just talk to people. I have friends in a lot of schools and you should just meet a lot of people.

You can't just stop having feelings for someone and you shouldn't have to. If she was your true friend she wouldn't be getting mad at you for this. If she doesn't know, tell her. She should understand and you're not doing anything wrong so don't worry about it.

My very very good friends birthday is coming up. We just started being friends a month ago, when I met him & he's super cool. I haven't really thought that I had a true best friend because I really do =) I think it was really mean of that person to ditch her for the other people. She has a reason to be mad but tell her to not let it affect their friendship.

When I was younger I wanted a horse soo badly. I used to cry so much because my parents wouldn't let me get one. When I keep asking my parents to get something, they always tend to change the subject because they get annoyed. Anywhom, you should just talk to your mom one on one. Tell her that you promise to take full responsibilty and that you will help out to raise money for it if you need to. Be good, clean around the house and basiclly suck up. When parents see that you aren't being bratty and that you aren't bothering them about it they will get it for you. Have you ever thought about if they might get it for you as a surprise? Hm, they might be.

my boyfriend & i both lived in st. bernard until the wrath of katrina came. he is in mobile & staying there until february. i am here on the westbank (by new orleans, if you were wondering). we have been going out for about 4 months, but we've been best friends for almost a year. we both love/loved each other. You don't even know what you want, so how am I supposed to know? Lol, anyways. Look, if you love your boyfriend you would try to make it work with him. Being best friends and being boyfriend and girlfriend is sometimes diffucult. What exactly is going on between you guys? Is it that he isn't near, or the fact you guys argue? If you just want to stay friends with him then break it off. Just tell him you don't think that it's not working out or whatever you want to say. Make sure that this is something you want to do and that later you won't be comming back to him if the other guys don't like you. You could also try and take a break. Flirt with the other guys and talk to them and see if they like you. If they do and you feel like you want to go out with one of them, then go for it. It's really your choice and make sure you feel like it's the right thing to do.
