My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.



I started this advice column about 9years ago and I was so young but it was something that I always loved to do. I am trying to get back to answering questions, at least a few per day. With that said, if you have questions about school, friends, make up, etc., feel free to ask.

anyone know any mental pick-me-ups for someone who feels really depressed? (foods, activities, etc. don't tell me to "count my blessings" or "see a therapist" or "love myself" or something.)

When you're feeling sad or depressed the best thing to do is doing what you love and enjoy. Don't let yourself be that way. Go somewhere with your friends. Mall, movies, have someone over. Do fun things. Listen to happy music and jus twatch T.V and eat junk food. Anything else, let me know ♥

Sometimes I feel like that and I just get sad. There always has to be a reason, but you might not know what it is. You'll be fine. Just listen to happy music, call a friend and go somewhere. Do whatever makes you happy. Don't let yourself be depressed, you can always do something about it. If you need anything else let me know. Much love ♥

My boyfriend, of almost 2years, just broke up with me. I am going out tonight with my best girl Kate, and we are going bowling. Is that a good Idea?

when i put on deoderant in the morning before i put my shirt on, it gets all over the shirt while i am putting it on. if i try to do it when my shirt is on, it is difficult to lift up my shirt. i do not want to use a spray deoderant, so please don't suggest that. how can i put it on eaisly with out getting it all over my shirt?

What kind are you using? Try using a different one. Put it on and then let it dry for a bit. Then put your shirt on and see what happens. I think it's just your deorderant that is doing that.

Yes it is considered being boyfriend and girlfriend. Hooking up is different.

I have a friend that i've known for a year or so and she's been my best friend but lastely she's been getting on my nerves. she acts like me and does things like me and it's bothering me. It's been getting annoying and i don't know what to do. please help me! Thanks.

The only think you can and should do is to talk to her and tell her it's bothering you. You guys are best friends so you should be able to tell her anything. She probablly copies you because she just likes everything you do. Trust me, I know how you feel and it is annoying. I had people do that to me. But all I did was just tell them to stop and that it was bothering me. If she gets mad at you, just know it's not your fault and that she is over reacting.

The guy I'm seeing now does not use his tongue when kissing or... anything else for that matter. Ever! He finds it disgusting! His mouth is always sealed. I on the other hand, love french kisses! I didn't even know there were people out there like him. Is this normal? It's sort of hard to get passionate with someone like this, lol.

Yes it is normal. Some people just don't like it don't find it very nice. Ah, I feel bad for you though. After all, you atleast get kisses =) Tell him since he has never done it before, just to try it once and he would like it.

I was just wondering if anyone has tried spray-on tanning. I do not want to harm my skin with regular tanning, but I don't want to look white as a ghost either. So, how do they do it? Does it look fake? Will it streak or wash off? Does anyone recommend it?

If you go to a mystic tan salon you will not look orange or fake. I've done it before and it works good. You won't be like soo dark the first time because you only do it for couple minutes, but if you go 2 or 3 you will have a really good natrual tan.

I hate going to tanning beds because you get all red so spray on's are the best. If you do it yourself you might get spots.

If you do go to a salon, you will have to sign up and do all that stuff. You'll go in for about a couple of minutues. It will take a while to dry but you won't get spots and you won't be white.

i am about 5'5 5'6 probually closer to 5'6 now. and i weigh 118 pounds. do am i fine. cuz when i look in the mirror i see BBIIIIGGG.

okay. i have my best friend in the whole world & i can always count on her. but it annoys me sometimes because online she'll tell me like everything & her problems & it bugs me because i have it worse than her. & i hate having to listen to her online & all i do is reponds with "yeah, okay, oh" & when i try saying something about whats happeneing with me she doesnt care & like just keeps going about her. we get in pointless little fights times, & i'd die if i lost her... but i dont no what to do because i hate listening to her talk about stuff like that.

I'm not trying to be mean, but you are being selfish. She is your best friend and you are just saying you don't care about her problems and that you are sick of listening to her about it. That's not really nice. If you were her true best friend you would listen, care for her and try to help her out. Responding with "yeah, oh & okay" won't make it any different. She always tells you and trys to talk to you because you are her best friend, and that's what best friends do. You might think that she doesn't care when you try to talk, but trust me she does. If it really bothered you tell her to stop talking about her problems. That would be really mean, but you can't expect her to stop without telling her. If I were you I'd talk to her and tell her that you love her no matter what and that you do care for her & her problems, but it would be really nice if she also talked to you about yours. The only way this could be fixed is if you talk to her. ♥

I have asked a few of my guy friends and they said that the girls chest isn't the most important thing. Not all guys just care about that. Some guys who are very sexualy active, and whom's horemones have kicked in might. But most guys don't care if your chest is big or not. Personality does really count.

You are underweight but it's fine if you are healthy and your doctor has said so. You should be around 100 lb. so eat proteins & you'll be fine.

My personal choice would be the pearls. I think the earing are gorgeous, but I'm like in love with pearls. They are soo pretty. Which ever one you'd like to wear more, you should get. ♥

okay im 16 and so basicaly i have the worst time ever talking to guys. just get all nervous haha. and well i suck at flirting. and there is this guy that i really really like and he is always like stairing at me. but he doesnt seem to really notice im there.. and i was just wondering what the hell i should do to get this guys attention..? :) any help/ advice you can give is greatly appreciatied.

To get a guys attention you have to talk to them. I know it might be hard for you because you are shy, but just make yourself. It's not hard. I mean once you start talking to them, it's just normal. They won't think that you're a freak or anything so don't freak out because of that. The guy you like, just talk to him and flirt. You can't go wrong in flirting. Just be yourself.
