Syberian Dwarf Hamsters

Okay well i have 2 dwarf hamsters. male and female. i have to do a project on them at school but i need more info. do you know of anything. thanx for the help

Uh oh, I sure hope you put the male and female in seperate cages. If you didn't, you have a project right there- the birth and development of baby hamsters! (If that happens, or if you actually want to breed them, ask me anything- it's so easy to take care of the babies, etc.).

i think you should look at the patterns of what they do and how they do it or do some kind of report and see how the female is different from the male and see what they do differently and maybe what they do that same or search google for hamster projects or something

1)they are very territorial
2)Have one large tooth for cracking open seeds and helping to chew food.
3)nocturnal
4)Nails get long if not trimmed
5)many have a "dorsal" stripe along the back
6)colors vary
7)when threatend they will bare teeth and rear on their hind legs.
8)live to 0-3 years
9)herbivores
10) eat fruits/seeds/sweets/vegetables.

The only thing I know about Siberian Dwarf Hamsters is that they would make a kick ass B horror movie. If you want other info about them...besides their awesome horror movie potential, Google it.

Or you could use Dogpile. That is what I use. Heh, that is actually how I found this website, well that and a dude named Charlie....Anyway, Dogpile is cooler because it uses all of the search engines and condenses the findings in one place.
