okay my friend and i were talking the other day and he was saying stuff like "BYE THIS IS GOOD BYE FOR EVER" and all this other stuff and im like what are you talking abotu seriously and then he sent me a picture of im guessing it was his arm and it had cuts all over it and he goes now times that by 10 im like wow okay then hes like your runing my death stop talking to be then he signed off the computer he has done something like this before but nothing like that serious and i talked to him the next day after but once this happend i haven't spoken to him in 2 days im kind of worried what should i do?
He needs help. If he did if before he'll do it again and he did, you need to tell someone asap, his parents, your parents, anyone who casn help him. Because cutting yourself is bad and it can lead to worse things.Rate me plzz

CRUNCHES!!! RUNNING! Both of those slim you up alot. But make sure you do each crunch slow to ctually work it. And if you do crunches wait a few days to do it again because that's how you build muscle!

Well, it sounds like you are conserned which is good. I would talk to her and just say "Hey I know we aren't what we used to be, and that's ok but I still care about you and I am willing to help you about your arms." I am not sure if there is a bleach you can use to permanentely bleach hair, but I know there are kits you can do so and it doesn't take that long. Be nice about it so she doesn't think you are making fun of her. And at the end just ask her nicely if she is moving or not. Good luck!

That's pretty hard. It seems that he only wants you when he wants to hook up and you are better than that. Don't let him walk all over you by saying"you have pretty eyes" and then he goes behind your back and screws you over. It's not worth it, trust me!

It's normal that you feel the way you do. I would talk to them and tell them how you feel when they call you "fat" and "ugly" when you fight. No one is "fat" because no one has a perfect body so we cannot compare them to anything. Be happy with what God gave you, that's what makes you unique. If you really are concerned, try working out about 2-3 times a week just doing wall sits and crunches. Those help.

So your trying to basically say you don't want to go to the same universary? Alot of friends tell each other stuff like that but they end up getting accepted into diffetent universities. Don't stress about it and if you rrally are stressing, talk to them about it and tell them your feelings.

Well, for one you should think about your gf that you have now, if you are looking for someone more mature than maybe you are looking for the girl who graduated. No don't wear a tampon during sex; then it will get pushed up into you and you'll have to go to a doctor and have him get it up, and thats not fun. For most people it does hurt but it feels different for all ppl!

Well, you sound determined, but you should just know you are still growing and you'll gain weight and loose weight alot. IF you starve yourself, the second you start eating you'll gain it back. So X that option. Run alot to stay in shape and do crunches, I do anywhere from 100-600 a day(at cheer). Crunches are really key. Eating good helps alot to. But the second you get off a diet you'll gain it back. Your weight seems fine for your age.
