phat... all my friends say im not fat but when we fight they say im fat an ulgy meanwile when we are friends dey say i look good an mad thin.. im 14 an 130 pounds an i think im really fatt! i tryed everything to lose weight but its not working! i was even thinking about throwing up my food :-/ all my other friends are really thing an are like only 65-95 pounds! it really sux! i really dont know what to do any more! iive even tryed to wear diffrent clothes!

Maybe you should get a new group of friends. Even though they only call you fat when your fighting, they're still not being very good friends. Plus, 65, even 95 can be very dangerously and disgustingly thin. ]
95 lbs is very skinny, 65 lbs is dangerously skinny. Don't worry about it, I don't think 139 is too much. Though height is a factor, so how tall are you? Your friends make fun of your weight when they're mad because they know how concerned you are with it. They probably don't think your fat. I wouldn't change you at all. Just ignore the people who have unreasonably high standards in this area. ]

It's normal that you feel the way you do. I would talk to them and tell them how you feel when they call you "fat" and "ugly" when you fight. No one is "fat" because no one has a perfect body so we cannot compare them to anything. Be happy with what God gave you, that's what makes you unique. If you really are concerned, try working out about 2-3 times a week just doing wall sits and crunches. Those help. ]
it dosnt matter what people think about you it matters what you think about your self. Dont try diets just eat normal but watch what you eat and think about it . ]
First of all don't throw up, my aunt is bulemic and you might get skinny, but you develope many more serious health problems. And second who cares how skinny your friends are! If they call you fat when there angry then they arn't really your friends anyway, they fight dirty...and 130p is NOT FAT, i know a lot of girls who would kill to be 130p, so be happy with the way you are! ]
You are not fat. Your friends (depending on their height) seem a little too thin. But believe me you're not fat. DON'T THROW UP! It will only end badly, for one you can lose all of your teeth. And it's over all bad for you. If you want to lose some weight then you could work out or run you know? Maybe go to the gym, but you are not overweight and anyone who tells you that is just being mean and they aren't fighting fair. ]
