I feel your pain. Confront your teacher about it. After class, ask if you can talk to him, and say "I feel like you're kind of picking on me a little bit, and it's bothering me. I don't appreciate the way I'm laughed at when I answer the questions I'm asked wrong," or something like that. Try not to use an accusatory tone of voice, and make sure it doesn't sound like "You're picking on me. I don't like it when you laugh at me." because that, for one, sounds childish and accusatory. It will get you nowhere. Trust me, I've made the same mistake.
So yeah. Talk to your teacher about your problem with him. If it doesn't change after the talk, discuss it with a counselor. They can usually help.
Good luck!

Never, ever let anyone get you down. You're better than them. That's why they try to bring you down. Just remember that. =) [ Siren_Cytherea's advice column | Ask Siren_Cytherea A Question ]
Kissxme1121 answered Sunday June 20 2004, 3:01 am: That's not cool at all. You could try talking to a conselor at school and have them take care of it, that's what works pretty well. Good luck and remeber keep your head high! [ Kissxme1121's advice column | Ask Kissxme1121 A Question ]
