my body i constantly feel like im fat i weigh 108 im 5'4 and 13 i want to slim up my abs thighs and i think they call them love-handles i want those gone but i want them gone fast! can you help me please?

Omg your skinny and your only 13 you dont need to be worrying about this yet sweetie! and love handles i dont really think you can get rid of those... i've got them and i'm not fat! but you can always go and work out to get abs and what not or to tighten your thighs and what not. Good luck and i hope you realize your not fat hun!

Dude, you aren't fat that's just all in your head. I'm about 114 and I wanted to tone up too so I joined Curves. It's nice because it's all women and it's fast paced so I don't get bored. You will notice a difference FAST, plus it's only like ten bucks a month. And by the way, wearing a size small means nothing so don't suck it in. Wear your size, it'll look better anyway. Nobobdy's gonna care if you aren't a double zero (plus that means you have to buy in the kid's department, which sucks.) ]

ur not fat ur a good weight and u shouldnt worry about it...well if u want those love handles gone maybe try to work out...but u r a really good weight so dont let anyone tell u diff ]

Hey-- you are not fat at all! you are probably under-average. You are only 13, so don't worry about your weight. You are perfect sized. But if you really want to get rid of those *love handles* i suggest doing exercises everyday. Start day by day- not all at once. Running around your block or on the tread-mill{i don't think i spelt it right.. oops} would help out a lot! well i hope i helped! if you have any more questions feel free to ask!

Believe me you are not fat. You are a good weight and you should be proud. Well if you truly feel like you're fat you might want to go to a doctor. But trust me, you aren't fat. ]
first of all i dont see you needing to get any less skinnier..but if you want to just eat healthier and work out a little. sit ups or crunches and some leg lifts will shape up stomach and thighs.. but you really dont need it. you dont want to get to tiny and definantly dont starve yourself or make yourself throw up.. it causes more problems then anything! so just eat healthy cut out snacks and work out a little... it will also help for when your older you wont have as many problems! ]
you're actually not overweight at all. 108lbs at 5'4 is fine. but if you really want to... there is really no way you can lose weight very fast and still be healthy. try some pilates to strengthen your muscles, eat healthy foods, and drink alot of water. ]

No noone can except for you dont try to get skinnier your already to skinny. If i was you i would be proud to be how you are ]
CRUNCHES!!! RUNNING! Both of those slim you up alot. But make sure you do each crunch slow to ctually work it. And if you do crunches wait a few days to do it again because that's how you build muscle! ]
your not fat. for 5'4 thats really good. im 5'3 and i only weight like 8 pounds less than u and my doctor called me unhealthy!
