We run do crunches and sit ups and stuff in cheerleading and it seems to work. And i weigh 108!! [ Juli_Jay's advice column | Ask Juli_Jay A Question ]

It will teach your body to store even more fat cells, and in the long run it will be harder for you to loose weight. And there is a good chance you will end up in the hospital from dehydration, even if you are drinking water. Why do you need to loose so much weight? Your goal is 106 lbs? That sounds sickly thin to me. If your stomach is the problem, spend the next three weeks doing crunches and sit-ups to tighten it up. And stay away from fatty foods. The most effective way to loose weight and keep it off is slow and steady. Extream diets can get the pounds off fast, but once you stop you'll gain it all back + some within a week. Be smart about your body. [ jbdreamer's advice column | Ask jbdreamer A Question ]

IF you starve yourself, the second you start eating you'll gain it back. So X that option. Run alot to stay in shape and do crunches, I do anywhere from 100-600 a day(at cheer). Crunches are really key. Eating good helps alot to. But the second you get off a diet you'll gain it back. Your weight seems fine for your age.
