Man's oldest question is still without answers: How can we become a 9 foot lumbering green monster of Doom and Discomfort?

We could go the comic book route, using a fully charged gamma bomb and, through nothing short of a miracle, become the Hulk. This method, however, seems a bit impractical as a large dose of Gamma particles would likely melt away any semblence of living matter.

So, my esteemed advicenator patrons, how do we simple creatures achieve the ultimate awesomeness? (Because throwing around oil tankers seems like fun right now)

I am about to get my braces off and i dont know why but my orthodontist does a lot of stuff to your teeth like 3 weeks beofre you get them off and they are so sore and i am having to wear 5 different rubber band in 5 different places and they are just really sore and i was wondering if anyone knew anything i could do to make them feel better besides eating ice cream because i am on a diet.
Also, anyone who has had there braces off, i have heard it does hurt and i have heard it doesn't hurt. Does it? Does that polishing thingy feel weird?

How do you avoid a person that likes you but you dont like them back, not even as a friend. But it feels awkward to be around this person! I've started using a gothic appearence. (I dressed in black a lot and use dark black make-up on my eyes and either brown or red lipstick.) Nobody even understand why I'm doing it. I'm sort of doing it as an expirement. I am in my fifties and have been married for 25 years. My husband's family, who all live within 20 miles of us, are very close, except for the relationship between our family and the others. We are frequently excluded, especially by the one brother's wife from get-togethers, celebrations, etc. The other three sisters-in-law go shopping, take short trips together, etc.; in 25 years I've been asked one time. Our children are also basically ignored, but not as badly. My husband does get asked for the guy things, but I am totally left out of the group my mother-in-law calls "the girls." About 15 years ago my husband and I separated for a short time and I was estanged from the family for about a year after that, since it was the separation was at my prompting.

But that was a long time ago and the problems really existed prior to that. I'm at the point now of feeling really, really tired of feeling hurt by it and want to just see my husband's parents occasionally by ourselves, and forget the rest of the family. Is this out of line or should I just keep swallowing my pride and acting like all of this doesn't hurt. One sister-in-law that I'm closer to than the others asked the other two one time if they'd call me for one shopping trip and got as far as, "Well, we'll see if we ever ask her."
