My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.



I started this advice column about 9years ago and I was so young but it was something that I always loved to do. I am trying to get back to answering questions, at least a few per day. With that said, if you have questions about school, friends, make up, etc., feel free to ask.

I am a dark, pessimistic, negative person. I feel totaly hopeless and that both the good and evil forces are against me. I try to be the positive, outgoing type, but that realy isnt me. Im realy pained inside with doubt and hiddin secrets. I have a crush on someone and today I was thinking about the girl, the way she acts when I flirt with her, the way she is so outgiong. Those happy, warming feelings turned cold. I have been doubtful about myself, I feel like I cant start a close relationship, not even a close friendship. Its more than that, but it would take forever to explain things. I feel weak and helpless. Can you help me?

Caden, don't be so low on yourself. You are not hopeless one bit. If you aren't the outgoing type, don't make yourself be that way. Be yourself. That's the most important thing. Do whatever makes you happy not what will make other people happy. When you thought about your crush, why did your feelings change? Do you think you're not good enough for her? If you do, you're wrong. She would be lucky to have someone really nice, sweet and handsome like you. You can do anything you want to and if you really put your mind to it and try, you will be succesful at it. Don't doubt yourself. I'm sure you're good at plenty of things! You can defenetly start a close friendship and relationship. It won't be over night, but it might take time. Sometimes people have these days where they feel low and not good enough. I mean, once you think about it, look how much better you have it then most people. Some people have nothing. No family, friends, a home, food or anything. Think about it. Life is too short to be upset. Live it to the fullest! You're a really great person and you can make a difference. Show some confidence Caden! I know you have it in you. :D ♥ Feel better!

I'm in this advanced choir. There's this new girl who just joined. She's 13, like me, only she's a grade ahead of me (I'm a 7th grader). I have to admit, she's pretty good. Everyone knows that she's got this beautiful high voice, a little like Sarah Brightman's. She's a bitch! She's always flaunting her voice. During camp, we all had to watch this documentary on opera, and she goes "I bet I could sing opera..." Jesus! She's only 13, right?!!!! She had to share a bunk with me. She's was a disgusting bunk mate. She was always spilling her milk all over my papers, bringing food into the dorm, not eating it, and soon there would be moldy peaches everywhere. She can NEVER stop talking about herself. It's always me, me, me, me, me, my voice, my hair, and my boyfriend. Once she was talking about herself and says "my friend and I were watching the Phantom of the Opera and I could sing that really high note at the end of the song 'The Phantom of the Opera.' " She sings the note and asks "Can you sing it?" So I tried, and of course I couldn't, because I'm not even a soprano, and she goes "ha-ha! i can sing the high E and you're all strained up. That's hilarious..." and goes off into another monologue about herself. Now I have to sit on the risers right next to her, and she's getting worse. She's also a brownnoser. She's always sucking up to our choir teacher, and so on...what can I do to put up with her? I don't want anyone to say "talk to her about it." It's not like she's my friend or anything.

Sometimes there isn't anything wrong about liking to talk about yourself and just loving who you are. Now.. she isn't just talking about herself, she is bragging and wanting attention despretly. I think that's just sad and kind of funny. I know it bothers you, but don't put up with it. When she brags.. do it back. Say things like oh my gosh.. I just got this really cute shirt.. bla bla bla. Make her jelous! Just because you can't sing like her doesn't mean you're not better. She's shallow and full of herself. Ignoring her would be hard and it won't make you less angry, so just do the same thing to her as she does to you. ♥

Sorry sweetie but there is nothing you can do to make your breasts larger without surgery. ( I don't ever recomend you to do that. ) Anyways, you're only 12 years old and you shouldn't want to make your breasts larger. As you mature and as you go through puberty your breasts will grow. Don't worry. ♥

I'm 15 years old, and i've had boyfriends before, but they weren't really "serious" so I never told my parents about them, they think i've never had a boyfriend before. Now i'm dating some one and its pretty serious, and i want to tell my parents about him, but idk how. They wouldn't be like "no you can't have one" but i just don't know how to bring it up or what to say to them. Can you help me out?

When you are talking to your parent's just tell them. I mean they ARE your parents so it shouldn't be that hard. Just bring up the subject about dating and boyfriends and then tell them that you are dating someone.

There isn't a amount of months when you can have sex. If you are 100% ready then go for it. Make sure this is what you want to do and that you will not have any regrets!! Also, make sure you have safe sex. ;)

My brother and I are both 17 and I'm a girl. Yes, we're twins.

A few days ago he asked my dad to buy him something for his car. I don't know what it's called but it doesn't really matter.

Well, I was standing right there when he was asking him and I told my dad not to get it for him because he had one before and it annoyed EVERYONE in my family. Specially me. And I was the reason he had to get rid of it before. We don't share a car or anything it just really annoyed me.

So, of course my dad said no. My brother then went to my mom to try to convince her. He did a great job with that and now she is on his side. But, she couldn't convince my dad.

After a while of bugging my dad about it, my dad gave in and said that if I said yes then he could get it. I thought about it for a while and said no. My brother then told me that he'd give me 50 bucks if I said yes. I thought about it some more and told him that I would say yes if he gave me 100 dollars. With a little bit of arguing we agreed that if he gave me 75 dollars I'd say yes.

And that is EXACTLY what we said--75 bucks IF I SAID YES.

So, I told my dad that I'd be okay if he got the part thing for him. He asked why and I told him about the 75 dollars.

With that, my dad and brother went to the car store (or whatever it's called) to get the part. They didn't find it. They then went to another place and still were not able to get it. After that my dad was tried so they came home.

When they got home I asked where it was and my brother said that everyone they went to was out. He then asked for his money back and I said no. The deal was that if I said yes then I'd get the money. How was I supposed to know they wouldn't have the part?

Well, we got into a big argument and then my dad told me to just give him his money back. I was really mad but I gave it back anyways. My dad then told my brother that since he did that to me, he couldn't get the thing for his car.

Now my brother is mad at me because he says it's my fault (okay dickhead, you're the one that went back on your word).

He's acting like the biggest baby and it's really annoying! How can i get him to just shut the hell up and get over himself?

Wow, your brother seems a little spoiled. He sees that it bothers you and he will keep arguing with you and making you mad. The only thing and the best thing you should do it ignore him ! Just tell him to shut the fu*k up and get over himself. When he trys to say something just walk away or don't say anything. That will bother him even more and he will just stop.

You will get discharge. It's white stuff you get on your underwear. Your urine (pee) will be dark yellow.

You are usually supposed to get cramps when you are on your period. When you are about to start, you will get discharge and your urine will be dark yellow.

Here's the story...

I used to be BFF's w/ a girl since pre-school, but we drifted apart b/c we haven't been going to the same school. We are still friends, just not BFF. But I started becoming really good friends w/ a girl in my class in 8th grade, who moved up north. We both are really close and talk a lot on AIM, and I think we really are best friends now, and I was thinking about suggesting this possibility to her the next time she is online.

There is 1 problem, though...

Everyone who used to be in that class thinks that she is messed up. She tried to do it on purpose b/c she absolutely hated the elementary school we went to. The Assistant Principal was always trying to butt into her private life, so she hated her. I mean, we all did b/c she watched us like a hawk and ran student council instead of being faculty advisor like she was supposed to. But this girl especially. And she hated all the rest of the staff, too. So she went about pretending she was weird, like sniffing a bottle of rubbing alcohol in front of people, and sending an email exploding w/ cursewords to the entire school after she left. So, she accidentally convinced the STUDENTS that she was weird and then no one wanted to talk to her. They thought they were doing me a favor if they did, b/c me and this other girl are the only ones who talk to her now. And if they ask me who my best friend is, and I say she is, I'll probably be guilty by association. I know you think that I shouldn't care what other people think, but it can really have an effect on my life in high school. My parents really wanted me to go to a different high school, but I ended up being where I am. I am really happy at my school, and I don't want my association w/ this girl to make it any different. How can I convince my classmates that she is not in fact weird and that she just did that b/c she wanted to piss everyone off for being pissed off at her?

No one is out to get your friend. You know that people are odd and they will say and think anything they want to. They will be mean and there's really nothing you can do about that. Your friend did this to herself. She made people think she's weird and that's no accident. Convincing people she's different won't really work. I mean, they will always think and belive what they think is right. Some of the people in your class that say things about her tell them to stop and just explain to them what happened. Not everyone will belive you and you really can't do anything about that. It's great that you are friends with her, at least you're not mean like the rest of them. That popular girl.. who sniffed a marker they didn't say anything because they probablly liked her and were friends with her. You're right though. You shouldn't care about what other people think. Expecilly when they are immature and stupid people who really have nothing better to do but say stuff and it's hard to change their mind. Just keep doing whatever you're doing and ignore them. They will stop. What they have to say isn't even important.

When he flirts with you, you should flirt back. Even though he has a girl friend, I think he likes you. Once they break up, you guys might go out. ;) You never know. Just keep talking to him, flirt. ♥

I didnt know what this went under but any ways i have like stretch marks on the sides of my boobs and there not that visible but is this normal? and if so will they go away? and if not is there anything i can do to get rid of them? thanks so much ill rate 5's for any good advice

It's defenetlly normal. All girls usually get them because their breasts keep growing. As you get older, they will go away. You can buy Cocoa Butter lotion and use that everyday. It's for strech marks.

Okay i have blonde thick hair and its wavy, but i striatin it with a CHI, but i hate it (my hair). And i want to know what i can do with it. How long is your hair?
