I just moved to this new school. The problem is I still like this other boy from my old school. i know i may never see him again... but i still like him and i'm the only one who knows it. What should i do?

If you are never going to see him again.. what's the point. It sounds like soon enough you will find someone new at this new school.

hey... lately iv'e been getting the feeling that my boyfriend doesn't have enough time for me. We're in a long distance relashionship and i'm always the one calling him, which is pretty messed up if you ask me. He hasn't been returning my calls either, and he still hasn't sent my christmas present. The past three times i called him he's like "i gotta go do my homework, i'll call you later tonight k?" and then i wait till like 11pm and he never calls and then i don't hear from him for like a week. We've been going out for soo long and i really trust him, but i can't help thinking he might be with another behinde my back, cuse i have no possible way of actually knowing. i don't want to comfront him about it, but i really want to know what the hell is going on cuse it makes me so ed off and confused at the same time. [dont tell me to dump him cuse i love him :-/]please help!!

I'm sorry but the advice I'm giving is that long distance relationships usually don't work. If you have suspicions about him cheating on you you should ask, because it will eat at you until you do. If he responds by yelling at you, or acting really shady in his answer.. he is most likely. And as for time, he has a life where he is, and maybe he is just busy.. if he loved you, he would make the time like you have. I'm not asking you to do anything, I'm just giving you my opinion on the matter.

is it safe to have sex with my wife when she is pregnant?

I've heard that sex during pregnancy can induce labor, so I'm not sure if it's completely safe for the child.

Today my dog fell down the stairs, and she can't really walk. She can, but she falls over and stuff. She keeps throwing up flem and foam. We're taking her to the vet in a few hours. I was wondering, they won't have to put her to sleep right? Like, the worst they could do is give her fake legs?? Thanks =(

She probably has broken legs or something, or maybe she had some internal injuries (refering to the phlegm) even if she does die, we have to realize that all things die, most often the things we care most about. My dog had a heat stroke sort of things, and the neurological damage sort of screwed with her legs. We fed her chicken and rice because it was the only thing she would eat, and slowly we put dog food into it, She finally got better and her legs were much better now. Have hope.

My BFF is acting, well, different. she has turned into the punk/rock type. I don't want to control her or anything, but idk. Do you understand?? I was so used to her personality, and know she's so different. We don't sit with each other at lunch anymore. When I talk to her she goes on and on about how much i mean to her. i just miss her. Please help

Just because she looks different doesn't necessarily mean she is different inside. Yea she's grown up, changed a little. Everyone sorta does that, more than others. As much as it may bug us it happens and you have to let your friends make choices for themselves. Just don't say anything about drugs or bad stuff just because she looks like a punk/rock kind of person. It makes you feel like you are being judged by your looks because a lot of people see a person in black and say "bad". It's really frustrating, (believe me I know ) and if you want to keep her just trust her. Go do things by yourselves.. she will most likely be her usually self you know with you.. because she's grown accustomed to being a certain way around you. I'm 13 and I need some help with my friend "Kelly"* I've been best friends with her since 5th grade and now we're in middle school. She has always been a very competitive person but lately she has been plain nasty. She insults us and makes comments that really hurt. She has even said something insulting about my mother. She always likes to win and makes sure she is right in everything. She is pretty self-centered and thinks highly of herself. I've been her friend too long to totally drop her but both of my other best friends agree she has been acting really horribly lately. What should I do?

But if hse has said nasty things about you, your family, and your friends.. I don't think I would make that last very long.

One tip.. leave it up to them.. this isn't much of your business and you'll end up getting cut somewhere between being the bearer of bad news and the messenger. If you really want to give the friend that is being rejected some advice tell them that not everyone will like you, and you don't have to be liked by them. You are still their friend.

Comfort your friend as much as possible. Tell her you love her and how hurt you would be if she died, and tell her how sad everyone would be. Tell her that life will get better and that you will always be there for her. Don't give up on her and be there for her whenever she needs you to talk. I'm sure this will help at least a little bit. update me if you need anymore help with this. :)

Okay, here's my story... So, I had like a million friends at my old school, and had no problem having fun and kicking back during school and on weekends, but now I moved (for the 5th time), and it's been the hardest move for me, at first everyone was great and i made 'a' team basketball and even popular people were nice to me, but i made a major "mistake" apparently. And now one of the rudest popular people kind of turned her popular friends (the supposed nice ones) against me secretly behind my back, i used to sit by lunch with them and everything, so now i FINALLY found some other people to sit with at lunch, and a few friends to hang with, but i never hang out with them outside of school, and basketball is still going OKAY, but most of the popular people are on the team with me, and it seems like they ignore me, and i really want them to like me, it's just my life has become opposite of how it used to be, it went from fabulo to mediocre, and school isn't that fun anymore.. how can i become accepted and forgiven (i've already tried apologizing in a mature manner!!), i need help, sorry it was long, but can some caring person out there give me some good advice!!!!!????

p.s. and the weird thing is--especially at my old school--III was the one giving the advice!!

If they won't accept a mature apology you can't expect to get a mature relationship. I say that you should completely forget about those people. They aren't your freal friends if it takes one persons say to get them to leave you.

I am writing an essay for school and the prompt is What Courage Means to me. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas or examples of courage and tips on what I should write.

hm, courage.. it's what it takes to go to school for someone who's bullied, for a firefighter to run into an open building.. If I were you.. I'd write some sort of inspiring piece for us all to be more courageous in some way.

Okie! I am 5'6 and I weigh about 128 lbs. All my friends tell me that I am skinny but I have hips and I dont like it.I think that I have fat on on my hips and they tell me that I dont but I really want to lose some weight and tone up some more. I used to have a 6pack but I let myself go a few years ago when I started high school and stopped playing soccer after 13 yrs. What should I eat and do to stay skinny. I do sit ups and sometimes run but what else?

Do you have any time to maybe spend an hour at the gym? Also, salad is a good ole remedy for fat. Greens and vegetables. I don't know why people make diets so complicated.. if you excercise and eat right it is really easy..

My "friend" not too many people like,and so sometimes its embarasing to be around her.Shes not a geek or something like that.Shes just annoying,rude and imatture.She always is using me on our homework to.I dont want to be her frined any more and ive told her how rude shes being,and she just comes up with lame comebacks.Shes not getting the hint,and shes obsessed with me.How do i get rid of her,or at least get her to back off without hurting her?

There is no way around hurting her really.. It's funny how that happens to a lot of people because I had a friend like that.. she was completely obsessed. It hurt to be so mean but I told her how I felt, and how she was being really rude, and using me.. I hated it and I hated being around her if she was going to be like that. I finally told her that if she didn't change I didn't want to be friends anymore.. and well.. that friendship ended. You lose a few along the way.. it's part of life.

I wanna take a friend on vacation with me in a month, but I'm really scared about what my other friends will say. I mean, I can't just not tell them!

Your other friends will feel jealous yea.. I took one of my friends on a snowboarding trip. Don't share to much of the trip with the others.. and be as less talkative about it as possible. Just keep up your friendship with the others too, you can go hang out with them, do special alone things with them too, it will make them feel more appreciated.

what do you have to lose? One guy? All I have to say is that if you aren't in highschool.. wait, highschool relationships work better than middle school most of the time.. and even highschool ones usually don't really work out. I think if you want to keep him as a friend you don't really want to ask him out because even after everything was done it would be very awkward between the two of you..

You can't really help him much I'm guessing.. it's probably hard on all of you and there isn't much I can say. Have you ever thought maybe your dad should get counciling, or.. just share your feelings with your dad.. you two problem feel the same about things..
