I am writing an essay for school and the prompt is What Courage Means to me. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas or examples of courage and tips on what I should write.

write about a personla experience you have had where you had to have a lot of courage to over come that particular thing. my teacher always told me to write about some but not a lot personal experiences when writing essays. we had to write them last year and take that state writing assessment thing.

courage is the base of the united states, without the courage of people, we probably wouldnt exist here, now, and/or under the conditions we live in. we are who we are because of courage.

hm, courage.. it's what it takes to go to school for someone who's bullied, for a firefighter to run into an open building.. If I were you.. I'd write some sort of inspiring piece for us all to be more courageous in some way.

You could say just having the guts to do something and maybe not wanting to do it but doing it anyways-trix

courage could maybe be like fighting a disease, or maybe as simple as just facing a fear (heights, snakes, etc.) Or maybe a single parent trying to make it on their own. There are many different ways to define courage, just think of one way that suits you. Please rate! Hope I helped!
