i have pretty much felt like this my whole life...
i feel like whenever i do something people are watching me and talking shit about me or gunna laugh at me or something, i mean i realize that they dont really do that, they probably dont even notice me, but i dont like getting up in class to go sharpen my pencil cause im scared or embarresed or something that people will watch me and just stare at me the whole time or the teacher will yell at me for getting up...and today i was to embarresed or scared to go get ketchup and put it on my plate cause i was thinking that people might laugh and me and be like omg look at her shes using ketchup or something...i know it really weird..
i mean im not a shy person cause ill talk to a lot of people but its things like that..whats wrong with me? (link)

OMG I have the same problem!! It's sooo bad I'm scared to git up and git a tissue!! I think we all just need to believe in ourselves and have more confidence and not give a F*ck what other people think :) Hope I hELpEd~!

Okay I have this friend and she has been my friend for about a year. Anyway she is like always bugging me she never shuts up and she always bugs me and my boyfriend. She is always trying to get us to do things, and she makes us on the sims 2 and made me get pregnant on the game and him have an affair with the maid. I mean she is a really good friend but she is always like butting in to our relationship and it gets on me and my boyfriends nerves. I just wish that she could but out of me and my boyfriends relationship. My boyfriend thinks that she likes to try to make us do stuff because she can't get a boyfriend.

Ok well for starters I would totally talk to her about this. Just be like "you know I don't think it's cool that you try to..." And maybe you could like try to hook her up with someone so she'll keep her mind off of you and your BF.

Hi, my friend from church is 18 and shes pregnant. She started going out with a non-christian guy and my youth group thought it wouldent be a good idea. She wont come to church, shes too ashamed. But my church + pastor has told her many times that we wont think of her differently. Because we dont! We love her so much and we wanna help her get through this. I miss her so much, I havent seen her in 2 months. :( She doesnt really like to talk to anyone from church. Well first of all I think you should most definiely call her!! Keep in touch and let her know that you care and will be there for her. Tell her the same goes for her church! And she may just change her mind!

Okay, so I only just turned 13, and I want to become a professional singer.
I've always wanted to be one. Now I want to be one so bad I'll do anything. After seeing JoJo become a singer and she's only 13, I think I could do it too.
What I need to know is where I can go to shove my singing career off the ground. I've had private lessons on singing, and the only problem is I have stage fright of singing infront of people.
I just need to know 2 things. Places I can take my singing career further, and how to overcome my fear.

Well I don't really know how you could take it further except for just sign up for auditions and stuff. But, to overcome your fear~just pretend that you're the only person there and there's no one else and just sing your heart out!! :)

i had planned on asking one of my sort of guy frineds out at our schools homecoming game , and i had told all my friends that i was asking him a while after he got there and that i was gonna ask him alone, i didnt want my friends coming in to play and pressuring him. so when he got there i got there my friend called him over by her and then she told me to come over by her like she was setting us up for me to talk to him! like "ok here now u ask him", i was so pissed so i walked away. turns out without me even telling her to she asked him out for me so she came up to me and told me how he said i dont know, for one i was mad and her and two, it was gonna be awkward the whole night now because of her, and now i dont know what to say when he gives me and answer, if he says no i dont want our friendship to be ruined, and if he says yes i'll feel wierd because i dont know why he said idk, like he didnt like me that much or something, like if he liked me why would he have to think about? help me to fix this awkward situation! Ok well first of all, I think you should definitely talk to your friend about what she did because that was not any of her business and she disrespected you completely! And I wouldn't tell her anymore stuff like that, that you don't want her getting into.
Secondly, I think you should talk to the guy[I know it may be awkward] and tell him how you feel and that you didn't mean for any of that to happen and that you really don't want to ruin your friendship, he should understand and who know, he may like you too! :)

My mom and I are really close, and she told me that since I was 16 I could date now. Well I got asked out by this really awesome guy, who I've been friends with for 3 years. And I said yea. Well I told my mom and she freaked. And the reaosn why, is because hes middle eastern. He's not muslim(and even if he was I'd date him), he's not a terroist, his family are not terroists..he just happens to be from Iraq. My mom is saying stuff like "Sure do what you want, get blown up". How can I make her understand that not all people from Iraq are like that!! (link)

Sit your mom down and have a tlak with her about it tell her that this guy is really a good person and you have known him for 3 years. And she has already said you could date and that you would like for her to respect your decisions. And if she doesn't then keep talking to her about and let her meet the guy! :) Hope i helped!!

Eventually he's going to meet my Dad and I'm so afraid of what my Dad's going to say. He doesn't know about my boyfriend yet. Maybe you should sit down with your dad and talk it over. Say dad I don't think it's right to judge people by their color and I like him and it's my decision and I hope you can respect that. If he gets mad maybe you and your boyfriend could take a break for awhile until you can help your dad to really understand.

My question is I have know this guy for almost fifteen years. We have known each other since the third grade and the whole time I have known him I like more then just a friend. We used to be good friends but in eighth grade he asked me if I wanted to have sex with him and when he asked me I didn't say anything. But after that day we weren't good of friends like we were before because I didn't know how to act around him. But in high school I noticed that he still likes me because I use to catch him looking at me and smiling and sometimes we would smile when ever we looked at each other because we always had a class together through high school. When we graduated he wrote something really nice but the thing is I don't know if he is the type of guy to write the same thing in every girls yearbook or if he just did it in mine. But to this day I don't know if he wants to be more then friends or not. But I found out that he hoined the army and I am thinking of writing him a letter but I am not sure because we haven't keep in touch in almost four years so what should I do. (link)

Me and my bf have been together since april but were close friends since june'03. My mum met him Sept'03. Everything was good. She liked him a lot. They would get on really well. Then in April I told her me and him were going out. Her attitude turned completely. She wont talk to him when he comes round. She says hes wrong for me and she says she can see straight thru him and tell that he has a bad character. They have argued. He wont come round anymore so Im usually not at home coz Im with him. She keeps saying 'I bet you're having sex.' Just like that, really spitefully. She keeps making comments. She says if I dont break it up she will. She says stuff about the country he is from even tho my dad is from that country. My dad gets on with him even tho my mum says it hurts him to see me with 'that boy'. My little brother doesnt like him coz my mum says that he makes me cry.
Anyway both my boyfriend and my mum say bad stuff about eachother. My boyfriend says he hates her and makes fun of her. All the stuff they are saying to me is hurting me inside because they are both ppl I care deeply for and are important to me. Its making me really unhappy. I havent really showed it to them. I have only metioned it to them once each. They both said stop feeling sorry for yourself. My mum says if youre so unhappy with him then break up with him. When I told my bf he said sort it out with her. I dont know what to do. Im really unhappy.

It sounds like both your mom and your BF are being very disrespectful towards you!! You should tell each of them that it makes you feel bad and that you do not appreciate it at all. And maybe sit them all down and have a nice little chit chat! You are 18 you are an adult and you can do w/e you want!

alright, so i'll try and make this short as possible. there is this really hot guy at me school. i'm in 9th he's in 10th, so its not totally impossible that we go out. the thing is is that we dont' have any classes or anything together. i see him during lunch and in the library before school, and his cousin/friend has his locker right by mine, so i see him sometimes then too. and we've never talked or anything, but i really really want to get to know him! but my friend who knows him says hes shy, so that leaves me to make the first move .. problem, i don't know what to say! i DO NOT just want to barge up to him saying 'hi, i like you, etc' gosh, can someone help me?

Ok.. I have 2 friends... friend 1 and friend 2 we will call them.
Friend 2 is still in love with her ex-boyfriend.. and now im dating him. Shes mad at me because I am dating him and she wants to be with him. She keeps telling people she miscarried his baby and stuff like that.. which we ALL know isnt true. She said she was 6 months along.. but she NEVER started showing.
Friend 1 keeps getting in the middle of all this. Shes mad at me for dating him too. She says i have no right to date him just because friend 2 still loves him. He SERIOUSLY hates her because she caused him ALOT of problems.
Should I break up with him just because she wants me to.. ?
i mean.. i wanna be friends and all.. but this chik has some serious problems. Someone PLEASE help me!
