If you want to stop, then you need to realize what could happen to you if you don't stop. Think about all of the effect these two eating disorders have. You need to tell your parents or another trusted adult. They can then get you help with a doctor or by going into rehab.

If he needs to get to know you better, then you just need to start hanging out with him. Sure, talking to him everyday may help but that won't let him get to know how you act and such. Call him up or IM him and ask him if he wants to go to the movies or something. Talk to him in school and so on. Once he gets to know you, I'm sure he'll ask you out, since he thinks your "cool" and "hot."

You shouldn't change, just because this person told you to so you could get your friends back. If your friends don't accept you for the way you look and act, then they aren't your true friends. If this person told you to change the way you dress, then you don't need to change that because you can wear whatever you want. If they told you to change the way you act such as your personality, then yes, you need to change that. You can find so many other friends that will accept you for you. If I was in your situation, I wouldn't change and I would try to find better friends.

You can find a weight table at http://www.am-i-fat.com (I'm not calling you fat, that's the name of the site and the tables are on the left side bar). If you ever find a weight table, trust me, they aren't accurate and you should ask a doctor about your weight for an accurate answer.
To tone your thighs, you need to do sqauts, lunges, leg lifts, side leg lifts, and you need to run or jog. You just need to do a few sets of each and you will see results in a few weeks.
To tone your abs, you need to do abdominal exercises such as crunches and sit ups. Do a few sets of 10 for each exercise and increase the amount you do when you're ready.
To tone your arms, you just need to do push ups and lift weights.

When I tried putting the tampon in for the first time, I slid it in, and I tried to do what the instructions said to do, but the whole plastic part came out.

Yes, the plastic piece is supposed to come out and the cotton part and the string is supposed to stay in. You did this right and it's nothing to be nervous about. When you push the tampon inside with your pointer finger, the plastic piece is made to come out automatically. What you did is correct and that's the right way to put a tampon in. You'll get used to using tampons, just make sure you change them every few hours.

This is just a sign that your breasts are starting to develop and they will be growing. Don't worry about the pain, it's normal because it just means your breasts are growing.

If you aren't sexually active, then this itching is just a sign that you have a yeast infection. They are normal and you just need to either go to the doctor and get something prescribed or you can simply go to the pharmacy and by a cream for yeast infections that's over-the-counter.

i have windows media player, the one where you can burn cd's and stuff. well i have a cd with some music on it, and i have some mp3s on my computer, and i want to combine the cd and mp3s on one NEW cd. how do i do that?
First you need to upload the music from the CD by putting the CD in your hard drive and then clicking "Copy from CD" on your Windows Media Player. Once you do that, make a playlist and put both the MP3s and the songs from your CD and then you just burn a CD by clicking "Copy to CD or Device" and so on.

If you want to lose weight, then you need to tell yourself that it's time to make changes in your eating habits. Start eating healthier and watch how much you eat. Go on a low carb diet but only stay on it for about a month because I hear it's unhealthy to stay on one for a while. Eat foods that don't have that much fat and calories. Since you are a lot older than most other people who ask this sort of question, I suggest that you talk to a doctor about this for a more, better answer and such. For your weight, it will take a while to start seeing yourself losing weight. Good luck!

i was thinking about highlighting my hair with blonde. my hair is dirty blonde and lightens up in the summer but i want my hair a little lighter. but some people have told my any thing done to your hair like dying it or highlighting it makes your hair gross and dry. i dont want to put any product in if it will make my hair look/feel weird. so if anyone can tell me if highlighting your hair does anything to it thanks.
I have both highlighted and dyed my hair and it doesn't do anything to your hair. Yes, if you repeatedly highlight your hair for a long time, it will damage your hair but if you do it every few months, then you're fine. It won't make your hair look gross and dry. It only happens to people with different hair types.

My friend told me about a free place where you can download music called Ares. The thing is, it's not a legal program. My friend says that it doesn't do anything to mess up her computer, but I'm afraid to put it on my computer. Has anyone ever had any experience with Ares? If so, is it safe to put on your computer, or will it mess it up? Please help!
From what I've heard from people is that Ares does give you viruses and it makes your computer run slower than usual. For some people, it doesn't do anything but for others, it gives them viruses. I've never tried Ares, since I'm using Kazaa Lite.
