You don't exactly have to SAY anything to him about it, unless he brings it up and you want to say something about it. I think you should plan a date, like go to the movies or something, and when you feel the time is right, or if he comes towards you and you're okay with it or something, then go for it (just kiss him i mean). If that doesn't sound like good or appropriate advice for you to use or try, then don't use it. Also, if you're just simply not ready to kiss him, then talk to him about it and tell him that you want to wait awhile, and if he doesn't accept that then, in my opinion, he's not really worth it. once again, if that doesn't seem like good advice, don't use it. hope i helped!
