My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.



I started this advice column about 9years ago and I was so young but it was something that I always loved to do. I am trying to get back to answering questions, at least a few per day. With that said, if you have questions about school, friends, make up, etc., feel free to ask.

i actually have began to like him.but hes my best friend, if i got with him and we broke up it might ruin everything.he said it wont, but i ndo.

Best friends go out & break up but the only way that you can fuck up your friendship after a break up is if you both let it be that way. If you truely like him & if you're ready to go to the next level with him then go for it! You guys seem to be very close & you seem to have a lot of trust with each other and that's good. You get along & I don't see why you guys would break up but still. Just do whatever you think is right & think about being happy not what the outcome will be.

ok so i really like this kid and he likes me back. and like were going to the movies and other people are coming. i bringing my friend shannon and like me and her only know 3 people includeing jake. well there is 20 people going and i only know 3 people and his friends can get crazy. and hes like tina im warning you like we will probly get kicked out. and hes friends are all emo and punk and skater and sooo cool and funny. and like i cant get in trouble again because my parents will get really upset. and i want to tell him that but kinda make a joke out of it sooo i dont sound like loser i guess in a way. and like it started off like 9 people and it got to 20. and im worried im gunna get in trouble because some of the people are drugies and like i had been telling him all week i was going and how were going to have so much fun since he told someone hes really good friends with that im friends with and like he said hes going to ask me out tonight. i just dont know what to do. because hes like if we get kicked out well go to my house and my parents dont know any of these people but shannon and like i have gotten in trouble so many times last year and like im just earning back there trust so im trying not ruin that. i just dont know what to do. and how to tell him you know what im just earning back my trust with my parents i cant afford anymore trouble in a way that doesnt sound stupid i mean i know he will understand but like idk. i know people are like what his friends think shouldnt matter but to tell you the truth what his friends think of you in the most important thing. i wish it wasnt but it is and like idk what to do like shannon told me that shes like you know what i dont want to go bakc to his house because i would feel wierd and besides my parents would be asking all these questions. so like yea i dont know how to put it so he can understand. im going to call him around like 2 in the afternoon because like im going to ask him exactly whats going on tonight and whos going but i also want to tell him how i feel abou this whole situation so he understand i cant afford any more trouble you know. so like i need advice on how to tell him

He seems like a very nice guy & he also seems like he would't mind if you tell him. Since you both like each other, I think that you should be able to tell him the truth. When you're talking to him just say well I'm looking forward to meeting them but if I get in trouble, I'm screwed. Say something like that. I mean you don't need to have a good reason or anything just tell him exactly what you just said. You said he will understand so what more do you need. Maybe you & him could sit somewhere alone for the movie.. but that would be leaving Shannonn. Just try to have fun & if you get kicked out it doesn't mean that you're going to get in trouble. You just won't be able to watch the movie for the rest of the night. Good luck & have fun.

What is the best foundation or press powder brand. i been having tons of trouble with my foundation stayin put andi hate reapplying it i just would like to be able to put it on an not have to look in the mirror every minute or something. Thanks alot in advance for people who help!

You should touch up your foundation every 3-4 hours so it stays fresh. It's like that with a lot of foundations. I think the Maybeline Moose works really good! Also Clinique.. it does wonders. After you apply foundation put powder over it so it looks better and hides the spots you missed.

Shave downwards. If you shave going up it's not good & it'll grow prickley.

when you burn your face LIKE BAD..from like tanning..how long does it take for the redness to usually go away :( ahh i hope its better by x-mas eve!! even tho i went tanning last nite..and it was horrible this morning. but im treating it with neosporin. is that gonna help

It will take a while for it to go away. Maybe 3 days to a week. Depends on how bad it is. You can try covering it up but other then that there isn't much you can do about it.

i just got my haircut about 4 days ago and i told my haircut person i wanted to try and grow it out and i didnt really want the layers in the front..and i wanted it all one length..so okay i didnt realize until i got home that there was actually MORE layers in the front that frames my face and i HATE it and now she cut like alot off when i told her i wanted to grow it off.WTF ..what do i do now? is there anything i can doo..because now my hair looks retarded and my hair never seems to grow..ughhhhh

There isn't anything you can do but wait for it to grow out. I swear, hair stylists need to get sued sometimes because they never fucking listen to what you want! Ahh, it makes me so mad. Lol sorry, but just keep your hair healthy & don't wash it every night because that's not good for your hair.

i was wondering like if you dont wash your hair at night..and you are gonna wash it the next day..would it be better or would it grow any faster or be any healthier if you like washed your hair and then went to bed or if you left it straight!?

Well I don't fully understand but if you wash your hair at night, morning or the week later it won't grow any faster or slower. Your hair just has to be healthy. Use a good shampoo with vitamins in it. When you want to curl, straighten your hair use something that won't damage it. I use this spray called Ion & it works really good.

Many many girls shave down there & it's good if you do. Most guys like it clean down there but it all depends on them. If he didn't like your body he wouldn't want to have sex with you. Make sure you are comftrable with the whole situation before you do anything.

You are going to keep growing until you are 18 or older. Your boobs will get bigger so don't worry. Once you go through puberty you will develop more so no worries. :)

Applesauce is a program where you can get a lot of colors for AIM. It won't give you a virus or anything & it won't mess up your computer. I had it for 2 years & it's awesome. Just go to google.com & type in applesauce colors.

He has to be able to trust you though. Tell him that you will call him every 2 hours & tell him how it's going & that you're fine. It always works with my parents. I know it's not exactly him seeing what you are doing but I'm sure that guy is just a friend of yours & just keep tellings him you won't do anything stupid & to trust you.
