Hun, my outlooks on this is he's being a little assholeish to you. Why is he ignoring you when he's with his friends, but acting like your best friend when there is no one around? That's a little immature of him; I find anyways. I think you should ask him why he does this. I think you have the right to know why he's acting this way and such, because really, it isn't nice at all. I know if a guy were to do that to me, I'd stop talking to him for awhile. I think you should talk to him about this, if it bothers you. If you are fine with it, that's okay, carry on with what you are doing. As for your other question, I think you should keep on being friends with him. Get closer to him and see if you can make your friendship visible. By this, I mean a friendship in which he'll actually say hi to you while he's around his other friends. Once you get to this point and you feel like you are close, then try to make your move and see where things end up.

There's no real average height to be at the age of 13. Everyone has a different body shape and height. So really, there's no answer to the first question. It really depends on what average height runs in your family. As for the mini skirts question. Long legs look great in them!

For your first question I really don't know the answer, I'm sorry. If I do find it however, I'll edit my answer. As for the boyfriend question, do what you feel is best hun. What I think would be the best thing to do would be to tell him yourself. If you don't tell him, he'll just find out from someone else. You know how fast word gets around. I know he's going to be mad, because really, who wouldn't be? But I think he'll be less mad at you if you tell him yourself. So maybe one night you could sit him down and explain to him what you did. He'll either want to talk to you and work things out, or get out of the relationship. His thoughts on this are beyond your control, so wish for the best and tell him gently.

Yes, you're right. People who are under the age of 13 aren't allowed to have an advice column. However, that doesn't mean that they aren't allowed to ask a question. That's why you see some questions as 12/13 years old, because they are allowed to ask questions, just not allowed to have a column. And no, they didn't take the rule off, it's still on. ..alright so this has been bugging me forever, and i cant really ask my friends this question because they are going to support me of course but here it goes. In the past, i've had really cruddy relationships with guys. I've been in relationship where i've been used & gotten really hurt from it. But recently i meet this new boy. The one thing that completely seperates him from the rest of the boys i've had interest in is that he's not all bout getting in the pants. I meet him thru a friend at the movies, and there was sparks.. so the next night he came over. && meet my family. They all adored him. And like we didnt even do nething. He didnt like have the urge to leave the family and be alone, which i totally liked because no parents were home & we could have easily gotten away with "gettin with eachother" the next night.. he came over and we layed on my couch and cuddled. And nothing happened. And we were alone. No one was home. He didnt even try anything. The next day he came over. We just made out and i called him a tease because he always tickled me by my pants line and never went down. && thats just what im used to.. boy just goin straight in. Soo when he didnt i was like wow, even tho i wanted him to. So the next day he came over again, and we were all aloneeee for about 4 hours. We didnt do anything til the last hour, and he asked me why i called him a tease, and i explained. And then he ended up fingering me. Because i wanted it. And i was all happy with it or wateva. Then lator i realized, wow maybe i relaly fucked this up. because he wasnt like that, and i provoked him to be. I told him how i felt and he felt bad and said that he wudnt do it ever again and thought i didnt mind. Not to mention while he was doing it he kept asking if i was okay with it. And i said yeha, cuz i was. And hes been over every night after that.. for the past 3 nights and he hasnt tried it again. I think this guy totally likes you and respects you. Just because someone doesn't want to get into your pants, doesn't mean that they don't like you, hun. It just means that they have respect for you and they don't want to rush into things. If you really want to go further with this boy, just tell him that you want to, or give him little hits. You should be allowed, but it could be different rules for different beaches. Some of the beaches here you can't have a fire on, but others you can. Just ask your parents or an adult. I'm sure they would know.

Click on "Profile Settings" go down to "Upload a picture of you", then click "Browse" and look for the picture you'd like to upload. Then scroll down and press "Submit". If your picture is bigger then 15K you might want to try re-sizing it. Go to this site, http://www.imageshack.us upload your picture, then press "Host it". Once it takes you to another page scroll down and copy the last URL at the bottom. Then come back to your column and click on "Profile Settings" and paste the URL into the "URL of a picture of you" part. Then just scroll down and press "Submit".
