now, alll this mumbo jumbo stuff will come up. and that is all HTML. consider them letters to the alphabet (the alphabet being a website). you use them to create frames, insert marques (those little scrolling things), insert pictures and links and all that junk.

I usually only use HTML when I blog and create layouts.
