Height
I was wondering...is 5'5, 5'6, or 5'7 average height for a 13-year-old, who is going to be in the 8th grade this August. Also, do girls with long legs look good with mini skirts? Thanks!

No not really but your not really really tall. In my school there are 3 boys that I really like and their all above 5'10 and I'm short 5'1 and none of them like me back which really sucks. . .
back to your question I would say average is 5'3-

I'm the same way. My friends say it's average, so I try to listen to them about that stuff. Mini skirts look good on girls with long legs, it shows them off!

There's no real average height to be at the age of 13. Everyone has a different body shape and height. So really, there's no answer to the first question. It really depends on what average height runs in your family. As for the mini skirts question. Long legs look great in them!

Yea, long legs and mini skirts look kool, but make sure they aren't skinny and full of veins, because that looks bad. And for the height thing, it depends on the weight and the height to see if its normal, not heigt alone, but I would say yes, those are normal heights for a 13 year old, but 5'5 is kinda short, because I was that tall in 6th grade, and I was 10!

There is no particular answer to this. Every human being has a different body shape than others so an average height may be different for everyone. When I went into the eighth grade last year, I was 5'4" but I was one of the shortest girls in my whole eighth grade class. So, it's different for everyone. As for the long legs, I guess they look good with mini skirts. But it's a matter of opinion.

It's kind of hard to say what "average" is. And does it really matter?? Who cares?? And even if you DO care.. you really can't change it. It's all on genetics, Hun. So who knows, ya know??? But if you MUST get an answer, I pick... 5'3"...
And girls with long legs definitely look good in mini skirts. :)
