The reason why the number of times you have been rated is decreasing is because your ratings only count for 30 days. Any of your ratings that are older than 30 days don't get included when all of your ratings are calculated. This is why the number of times you've been rated is decreasing.

Most guys have trouble when it comes to asking out a girl, it's just a normal thing and it may take a while for him to ask you out. He will eventually because if he talks about you to your friend all the time, then that's good. I may be afraid of what you will say but if you two made out a lot of time, then he knows that you will say "yes" when he asks you out. You should probably make the first move and ask him out because it will be a relief to both of you. Waiting for him to ask you out may take a long time so ask him out yourself.

Yes, it's definitely okay if your dog ate about a hand full of Cheerios and she will be alright, since Cheerios are actually good for dogs. Some people use Cheerios to teach dogs tricks and such and there is nothing to worry about. If it was chocolate, than that's something to worry about.

Yes, it's normal to still haven't had a boyfriend at the age of 15. Love comes at different times and to those who wait so don't worry. To flirt with a guy, you just need to smile, make eye contact with him and just try to be around him a lot and talk to him more than usual. Ok this is a really stupid question...but please bare with me. I can't apply eyeliner! Whenever I do, it looks very fake, and it looks like I just drew a line around my eyes. How do you apply it properly so that it blens and looks my natural?

This isn't a stupid question at all. To apply eyeliner properly so that it looks natural, you need to use a color that goes with you and apply it as close as you can to your eyelashes. When you are applying eyeliner on your eyelid, close one of your eyes and make your look like they are Chinese (I'm not prejudice or anything) and put the eyeliner on that way. That will help and it will look natural. When you are putting eyeliner on the bottom of your eyes, apply it slowly and don't make the line thick. If you mess up, take a q-tip, wet it, and fix your mistake. Go to http://www.covergirl.com and look for more tips on how to apply eyeliner so that it will look natural. I hope that wasn't confusing.

Well, if you are talking about school-wise, then try to think positive about things and when you have to do something that takes a long time to do, do that slowly and that will help not make it so stressful. If you are talking about your day at home, then just relax when you think something is going to stress you out. To get better sleep, you need to try to fall asleep earlier than usual and try to stay away from drinking soda before going to bed. This will help you wake up feeling awake and refreshed. If you still are feeling tired when you wake up, just rinse your face with cold water and that should help. Don't take any medicines that make your drowsy because yes, you'll fall asleep faster but in the morning, you'll feel tired.

Yes, it's possible to transfer pictures from your phone to your computer. If you have the option of sending pictures through emailing people on your phone, email the pictures to your email address and that will work. It should cost about the same as sending pictures to other phones. Or you could buy a cord that can be attached to your phone and computer and you can "upload" the pictures from your phone to your computer that way.

It sounds like this guy does like you. If you catch a guy staring at you and always wanting to talk to you, it means that he likes you. I dyed my hair yesterday and i always straighten/flat iron my hair and i was wondering if its safe to flat iron it after i dyed it? would it dye it out? my hair is well conditioned so it doesnt look or feel dye but i was just making sure. Thanks!
Yes, it's safe to flat iron your hair after you dyed it. If you straighten your hair everyday for a long time, this will eventually cause your hair to become fried and damage but there are conditioners that you can use that will "fix" your hair. Straightening your hair won't fade away the dye or dye it out so don't worry about that. I dye my hair every 2 months and I use a flat iron to straighten my hair every day and my hair is now becoming dryed but I just use a good leave-in conditioner to make my hair better.

The only way you are going to get Toxic Shock Syndrome or TSS is by wearing a tampon in for too long or just wearing them when you shouldn't. Don't worry, there is a small chance that you will get it. Just remember, tampons are a lot better than pads because there is a less chance of you leaking and you can't even feel them. Why don't you try using a few tampons for a day? Your about them will change, trust me.

This is going to sound really gross but once you put a tampon, take your pointer finger and just push the tampon in. That will make the tampon go in all the way and you won't have that uncomfortable feeling when you walk and such. When you want to put a tampon in, squat down. That will help. You are doing anything wrong because it's normal for this to happen and you will get used to using tampons. Follow the instructions and you will then know that you aren't doing anything wrong. Also, you may be using the wrong tampon size and this may be the reason of why the tampon won't go in all the way.

I used to listen to Disturbed too and I don't think they worship the Devil. Check out their website and you can probably find an answer there. Listening to hard rock music is not a sin; I love hard rock music too because it's just music and I don't think it's a sin. Being Christian has nothing to do when you listen to music, in my opinion.
By the way, aren't they recording an album? I think an album will be coming out shortly from them.
