BLONDE911 answered Monday March 28 2005, 5:55 pm: i think everyone has stress now a days! Maybe when you have time after your stuff, take a walk, go out to eat, have some alone time to get all that stress out of ya. Maybe cancel some plans for a day and just go to the park or something. go somewhere relaxing like a spa even! i hope this helps. and just remember, everyone knows how ya feels!

1) Start each day with a positive attitude, block all negativity from your mind.

3) Avoid conflicts..fights with friends, teachers, parents.
4) Eat healthier and lighter, don't load up on junk food.
5) Set goals for when you plan on starting/ finishing something..don't cram it all at once
6) Take a long, warm, bath.
7) Sleep
8) Most importantly, smile and laugh. [ <3kelsey's advice column | Ask <3kelsey A Question ]
Brunettesweetheart2468 answered Sunday March 27 2005, 4:01 pm: Each day when you wake up think of a person. Make this person happy today.
Dress in bright fun clothes
Laugh with friends
Take a deep breath when you feel stress coming on.
Make a list of all the people you know and why they're special to you
MissAmy answered Sunday March 27 2005, 3:07 pm: Either before you go to bed or right after you wake up (or both!) look into a mirror and say "I Love You." It may sound somewhat cheesy, but experts swear that if you keep doing it, over time you will boost your confidence.
Instead of worrying about how bad something may turn out, put more focus into how YOU can improve the situation better.
Avoid conflict and try to reach compromises.
Bubble baths and relaxing music are godly.
Keeping a diary or scrapbook with all of your accomplishments recorded is also a great way to brighten your day! [ MissAmy's advice column | Ask MissAmy A Question ]

Karen answered Sunday March 27 2005, 2:25 pm: Well, if you are talking about school-wise, then try to think positive about things and when you have to do something that takes a long time to do, do that slowly and that will help not make it so stressful. If you are talking about your day at home, then just relax when you think something is going to stress you out. There are other ways to make your day more stress free but these should help; they help me.

lovinu4evr answered Sunday March 27 2005, 2:22 pm: When I feel a lttle stressed out, I take the radio and take it into the bathroom. I make a bubble bath, and lock the door. It's peaceful and when I'm done I'm stress free. You should try it and let me know if it works. [ lovinu4evr's advice column | Ask lovinu4evr A Question ]
