Maintain a regular bed and wake time schedule, including weekends.
Establish a regular, relaxing bedtime routine such as soaking in a hot bath or hot tub and then reading a book or listening to soothing music.
Create a sleep-conducive environment that is dark, quiet, comfortable and cool.
Sleep on a comfortable mattress and pillows.
Use your bedroom only for sleep and sex. It is best to take work materials, computers and televisions out of the sleeping environment.
Finish eating at least two to three hours before your regular bedtime.
Exercise regularly. It is best to complete your workout at least a few hours before bedtime.
Avoid nicotine (e.g., cigarettes, tobacco products). Used close to bedtime, it can lead to poor sleep.
Avoid caffeine (e.g., coffee, tea, soft drinks, chocolate) close to bedtime. It can keep you awake.
Avoid alcohol close to bedtime. It can lead to disrupted sleep later in the night.
also, when you wake up in the morning... take a hot rag and wash your face... you'll feel refreshed and awake..

To get better sleep, you need to try to fall asleep earlier than usual and try to stay away from drinking soda before going to bed. This will help you wake up feeling awake and refreshed. If you still are feeling tired when you wake up, just rinse your face with cold water and that should help. Don't take any medicines that make your drowsy because yes, you'll fall asleep faster but in the morning, you'll feel tired.

hey! Try going to bed earlier. Dont take those pills/medicne for sleeping. I no they make you go to sleep earlier and faster but in the morning you dont geel so refreshed...you feel drowsy. You could mabe take a drink..of water or some type or drink that may help you. If you feel really tired either take a Pretty cold shower or wash your face with COLD water. Hope i helped ♥ Michelle ]
