mrs_radcliffe answered Sunday March 27 2005, 5:42 pm: Dont drink anything fizzy before you go to bed because it can sometimes affect your sleep.
Taking a hot bath can help and make you relaxed.
Milky hot chocolate or coco or anything milky can make you really relax and tired, reading can also make you drowsy.

Maintain a regular bed and wake time schedule, including weekends.
Establish a regular, relaxing bedtime routine such as soaking in a hot bath or hot tub and then reading a book or listening to soothing music.
Create a sleep-conducive environment that is dark, quiet, comfortable and cool.
Sleep on a comfortable mattress and pillows.
Use your bedroom only for sleep and sex. It is best to take work materials, computers and televisions out of the sleeping environment.
Finish eating at least two to three hours before your regular bedtime.
Exercise regularly. It is best to complete your workout at least a few hours before bedtime.
Avoid nicotine (e.g., cigarettes, tobacco products). Used close to bedtime, it can lead to poor sleep.
Avoid caffeine (e.g., coffee, tea, soft drinks, chocolate) close to bedtime. It can keep you awake.
Avoid alcohol close to bedtime. It can lead to disrupted sleep later in the night.
also, when you wake up in the morning... take a hot rag and wash your face... you'll feel refreshed and awake..
you can go to google and type in "tips on how to sleep better" thats what i did and im sure theres more information out there [ xosweetiepiexo's advice column | Ask xosweetiepiexo A Question ]
hottdancer134 answered Sunday March 27 2005, 2:31 pm: Ummm...well maybe you could go to sleep earlier and then what ever time you have to wake up in the morning you won't be AS tired! Hope this helps!!!
Karen answered Sunday March 27 2005, 2:16 pm: To get better sleep, you need to try to fall asleep earlier than usual and try to stay away from drinking soda before going to bed. This will help you wake up feeling awake and refreshed. If you still are feeling tired when you wake up, just rinse your face with cold water and that should help. Don't take any medicines that make your drowsy because yes, you'll fall asleep faster but in the morning, you'll feel tired.
