Does he really like me?
Ok, so theres this kid that says he likes me. He talks about to my friends like 24/7. He won't ask me out. What's he waiting for? What's he afraid of? Should I make the first move and ask him out? We already made out like 12 times but never dated. HELP ME PLEASE!!! ty

Whoa you made out 12 times and your still not dating him? I wouldn't date him if hes like that but that might be just me. But yea I would think he likes you. The same thing happened to me with this one guy at school but when he finally asked me out (like 5 months after he kept on spreading around the school and telling everybody to tell me that he thought I was hot) he asked me to dance/go out with him..and I said no! GAH! I kinda regret..but yes! I think you should make the first move if you really like him..Hope I helped!

Lol, I don't mean to make fun, but golly, if you two have made out so many times and he says he likes you, what do you think he's thinking??? Put two and two together, and you got a completed puzzle pointing to YES, DUH, HE DEFINITELY LIKES YOU.
Maybe he's afraid of rejection, that's why he hasn't made the first move. You might as well do it if you want to pursue something with him!

personally, i don't think he wants to have "commitment"... it sounds like he just wants to make out with you... if you really feel he likes you.. then you should definetly make the first move.. cauz he could be shy... hope i helped

Most likely, he's too shy to make the first move, even if he doesn't act shy.
If you're brave and willing to make the first move, go for it! There really isn't much to lose.
Or, you can get a friend involved and make him/her do the talking, since apparently your admirerer is comfortable and chummy with them already.

Most guys have trouble when it comes to asking out a girl, it's just a normal thing and it may take a while for him to ask you out. He will eventually because if he talks about you to your friend all the time, then that's good. I may be afraid of what you will say but if you two made out a lot of time, then he knows that you will say "yes" when he asks you out. You should probably make the first move and ask him out because it will be a relief to both of you. Waiting for him to ask you out may take a long time so ask him out yourself.
