How can I make my school uniform better? I'm a girl, no make-up or jewelry, and no rolling the skirts. Trust me, I know, I've tried it. Any ideas? And I go to a catholic school. Is there anything I can do? To add to it, or anything? (link)

Wow... there's not a whole lot to do when you're in uniform. Besides having a pretty hairstyle, I would recommend that you take your uniforms to a seamstress and have them altered to fit you exactly. A good fit in anything will make it look the nicest.

i got my belly button peirced 6 weeks ago, but it is still kinda red at the top hole. what should i do to make it not red anymore. plus, how do i know if i can change the ring yet. like how do i know if it's healed? (link)

if it's still red you've got an infection. wash it gently with anti-bacterial soap up to 3 times a day and then spray with anti-bacterial spray too. when you wash it, gently move the jewelry around so the soap gets all over the jewelry and through the piercing. don't try to change it until it's healed and healthy.

im 14/f - 5.5 - 115 - i think im totally fat! i cant help it.. and the problem is .. is my hips!! and that leads to my theighs!! omg i hate them soo muchh!! my hips stick out soo muchh! and my friends are all flat on the side! and i think my theighs are huge! but they arent that big.. but the thing is .. is when i wear jeans my hips stick out alot!! and it looks like my legs/theighs are huge! and i hate it alot. i wear a size 16 in abercrombie & fitch .. and a 1 or 2 in other stores.. and i think im soo fat!! can someone please help mee!! i give 5's !! =]

you are really not overweight by any means! Every woman has a different shape and even some of the skinniest ones have thighs that may look bigger, or hips that are narrower. Yes, you should work on toning what you have, but even more important is to buy clothing in the styles and sizes that fit and flatter YOUR shape. It looks sillly to wear all the "in" styles if they don't suit you.

i just got a 2005 Mazda RX8 and the tires cost too much to let them wear the wrong way.
I am having the tires rotated at the same time as every other oil change. It costs about $20.

Not sure if it works, and depends on how much/how often you've been smoking. Drinking tons of water and cranberry juice to really clean out your system. If you have the time, it's better to stay clean for more than 30 days prior to the test.

you're not gonna like this but your mom is right. unsupervised time with no structure will always lead to trouble... eventually. have him come over your house and play by mom's rules. Then when you are a little older she'll trust you more, simply because you did as she wished without giving her a hard time about it.

This is the first question I've asked on here. I've answered a few questions, but this is the first I've asked. Here it is: It seems to me like people wanting advice should accept what's offered and "take it or leave it." I've read so many questions that end with, "and don't tell me to ______ because of _______." Not a problem. If people don't want certain types of advice (i.e. silly, stupid, sarcastic, etc.) then that would be fine. But what it seems to be most of the time is a legitimate answer. If someone is having a problem with something, doesn't it make sense to explore all options? It seems to me that some people (not the majority by any means) have something they want to hear and won't accept anything but that. Am I alone in this thought? (link)

sometimes the best thing to do is nothing.... like don't be calling him all the time, because You are Too Busy with your life. when he does call, make sure you've got at least 3 positive things in your head to say to him - like: 1 went to the mall and had a great time, 2 we (meaning your gf's) went to the movies and laughed so hard over it... see what I mean? Then, don't ask him what he's been up to. he'll get curious, re-interested cause you're having fun without him. the best thing you can do is NOT call him.

I'm getting my belly button pierced either today or tomorrow and I'm really kinda freaked out. Some people tell me it dosen't hurt at all and some people tell me it hurts like hell. Don't freak out! I had mine done at 36, and yes I still have the stomach for it. It feels a little uncomfortable at the time they are doing it, cause they use a clamp to pinch the section of skin, but it's just like if you pinch your skin. Then... truthfully for the next 7 days mine hurt like hell, even when just the slightest thing brushed it. The best thing to do is wash it with antiseptic and the anti-bacterial spray at least 3 times a day! i know it sounds crazy, but mine never ever got infected and only hurt during that first week. good luck!

Crabs don't necessarily have to have hair to live in. But the reason you're probably so itchy is that you shaved everything. Hair starts growing back literally the second after you finish shaving. don't shave everything, you'll be a lot more comfortable.

Okay.. IVE BEEN LOOKING EVERYWHERE for some nice black pants. NOT DRESSY PANTS, not the kind with the silk or anything. And not dark blue. Im talking jet plack pants with a good amount of pockets. (and not hot topic/gothic pants)

i'll be 15 in like 2 weeks.. and im going into high school. my ex boyfriend lives in another town but i see him almost everyday. he's 2 months younger than me.. well heres the 411...
i have a friend who has a step brother my age. hes never really had a girlfriend that lasted more than a day until me. much less kissed a girl. everything was perfect although a little awkeward cause im used to a guy leading the relationship. well he started listening to what other people were saying about me. and he didn't really trust me cause he has a hard time trusting people because of his past. well i spent a week with him 24/7 and he broke up with me. with the understanding that we both still liked each other. well his dad and step mom went and talked to him and he didn't talk to me at all the rest of the night i finally went home. all my friends tell me i should give up on him. and hes an asshole. but ive completely fallin for him and i haven't fell this hard since last summer. i wrote down a speech to say to him when ever i get the courage to call him. basically it says how much i like him and how he can trust me and how id love to go back out with him. ive been careful the whole relationship (3 weeks) not to say i love you. and i haven't yet. but i know i love him. i just don't know whether to live it alone or to read the speech to him. should i move on or try and get him back? please respond its very important!!!! also i don't know if he broke up with me cause i was his first girlfriend and he didn't know exactly what to do. i also don't know what his parents told him after me and him broke up! could they have ruined my chances?

wow... it's a heartache that sucks! in order to shorten the pain, you probably should back off. Definitely don't read him the speech... it's just going to make him feel stupid and you feel worse. A couple of my fav sayings that are totally true: if you love someone let them go, if they were yours they will be back. and... the only way you should be saying I Love you - is when you're answering with i love you too. suck up the hurt and press on.......
