My Names Tory I'm 15 years old and a freshman in highschool.
I really like riding horses,watching Grey's Anatomy (my favorite is Kate Walsh aka Addison),fashion, graphic design, and taking pictures. I'm pretty good with most computer, iPod, and Myspace things so if you ever need any help with those, feel free to ask me. I also know a lot about drama, particularly with small groups.
But those are just a few of the things that I am pretty farmilar with, so if you ever need help with anything please don't hesitate to IM me, or leave a question in my inbox.

advice

ok im doin this art homework i hav and all i hav to do is draw 5 drawings with "value" in it. the problem is i don't get wat value is. my teacher showed me some examples of wat people drew and all i saw were people and faces but lookin in a sort of anime art style(with the really cool detailed eyes and hair)and i don't get wat value is. is it the shading or darkness of the color of somethin like that? any websites that have drawing like that might be helpful for me to understand and might help me come up wit an idea because im not really creative at all and i stink at art.

i had a lot of art assignments where i had to use value as well.
im pretty sure that its just how light or dark you shade something to give it different amounts of depth and im also pretty sure giving it i sight outline(shadow) shows value too.

heres a definition.
relative lightness or darkness of a color : LUMINOSITY(luminousity is how bright showthing is shown) b : the relation of one part in a picture to another with respect to lightness and darkness

Okay...we've got some creative people here, so I hope you can help. Today on Thanksgiving we are buying a new horse. He's 15 HH, A Paint, White with some sorrel spots (Tobiano)and 3 years old. I am racking my brain coming up with names. His name is already Chester..and that name just irks me for some reason. I don't want to call him Toby because the stable owner already has a Toby who is a bay paint. A fellow horseperson is making fun of me because I am buying a paint, he doesn't like the spots! So I replied OH MY GOD! I "SEE SPOTS"! I thought about running with that for a name, but I know it would be misprounced Hi-C, I even considered spelling it Icee Spots and calling him Ice or Icee. I'd Like it to have at least three words in the name but then call him only one of those words for short. I have looked at the sites on line but nothing really trips my trigger. Everyone has the old stand by names "Scout, Cisco, Jack, Captain" and so on. Help! Something to do with thanksgiving would be nice..but not "Turkey"...could only imagine that at the shows!

In some way the style of riding helps detrimine the horses name. I dont know if you ride english or westren so im just going to throw a couple of names out there. And By the way Congrats on your horse Hopefully i'm next lol.

soo my sister has liked this guy for a little over a year and tonight we went to the bowling alley in town and we met this boy and his friend their .. later on we went to his grandmothers house and we watched a movie and my sister and this guy were laying on the bed making out then he got up because his phone was ringing and he had a boner and he was trying to hide it from me but i saw it. so he walked into the other room and i told her that we had to leave soon cus it was like 8 and my mom wanted us home soon to eat dinner.. well he came back into the room and my sister was like we gotta go and hes like come with me so she got up and went with him .. like ten minutes later she came back and was like im ready to go .. when we got in the car she was like omg and i said what and she said nothing and i was like did u guys have sex and she said yeah and started crying becasue she was a virgin and they arent even going out and i felt so bad i tryed to make her feel better because now she feels like a worthless slut and he only wanted to get in her pants. i told her she needs to talk to him and tell him how she feels but shes scared to call him. i also told her she should tell our mom because it would take some weight off of her shoulders but she said no because shell tell our dad. i dont know what other advice to give her .. any ideas? =/

I think you gave your sister great advice. My seggestion would be to maybe be there with her if she does decide to tell your mom. Also, i guess depending on your mom, you could ask her to not tell your dad at least for a while.
My other seggestion to you is to just comfort her talk with her if she wants to talk, be supportive, and dont be negitive. If she does call this guy (which i think she should as well) maybe be there with her.

if they look up
the laugh nervously or for no reason
change the subject quickly or in the middle of conversation
they sound nervous or talk very fast
they try to not talk to you
you as them a question and they smile or look uncomfortable while answering,

How often do mail-in-rebates go according to plan?

If I purchase a Motorola Razr cellular phone from TMobile's website, can I trust the likelihood of the rebate? Or would you advise against it?

yes. i would trust it i have had rebates for almost all of my cell phones and they all worked out perfectly fine.but i would suggest not to send it in after the 30 day period you have to try the pphone because if you have already mailed in the rebate then you cant return or exchang your phone.

ok so my dads birthday is on wensday and i still have no clue what to get him i have decided to make him something and make it really personal and sweet any ideas?

i would try making him a mix cd or get like i white tie from ross or something and decorate it or a shirt or make him a cool card with cupons for things you could do like he gets the tv for XX amount of time and you take out the trash or sumthing.

My male hamster died in march and my friends male hamster died in May. she recently got a female hamster and says that the girls are more energetic and sweet then males. I always thought boys were nicer than girls? I would like a girl better but I want to get the nicest gender. What should I choose?

well i had a gir hamster a while back i loved her she was the sweetest..i had i have to say i like the girls better but then we had one name twix he was a boy he was a good swet guy...

oh and a word of caution make sure u dont get one that i pregnant or get a boy and a girl and keep them in the same cage...the pet store accidently gave us a boy and after a few weeks we had 15 hamster babies nd the all got sick =[[[
so just be careful...

Which makeup do you prefer best?
Like, should I splurge for the ULTA brand of Bare Minerals? I breakout somewhat often, but I want to bring a natural glow and high light my eyes. Thanks!

i have bare miberals stuff i personally love it!
its easy and quick to apply
it doesnt look cakey
you cant tell that your wearing make up (it does its job)
and its breathable light weight stuff....
since i have startes useing it my break outs have been way less
and i have a bad T-zone.

ok...so basically i synced my new iPod nano with windows media player and added a bunch of music from there by syncing it. so on iTunes, it says i've used 1.76 GB, but the music that i supposedly put on there when i synced my iPod doesnt show up on my iPod! so can anyone PLEASE tell me how to fix this, like how i can delete it even though i can't see it?! and no, it does not show up in my iTunes library or anywhere on iTunes.

I bought those stick on little rhinestones at Claire's that you put on your cell phone for decoration. I'm getting sick of them because they are starting to fall off and I don't want them on my phone anymore. I tried taking a couple off but it left marks all over my phone. I didn't think it would damage my phone!! What do I do to get rid of the marks that are all over my phone from the rhinestones? Would water work? please help!!!

There is this stuff called "goo gone" and it removes stuff like that. or you could try useing rubbing achoal to get it off. Like the other person said put it on a rag or a towel first though.
