Hi.
Sorry to hear your best friends moving. Anywhos, you can decorate the cake, but she can eat the cookies on a long trip or like whre ever she wants. I'd go for cookies. You can put tint messages and she can take them where ever.
Hop I helped!!

I think you should go for the cake. That way you're able to write something cute on it since she is moving away.

While either one would be a lovely gesture, I say cookies. You can still decorate them - perhaps in a variety of colors and patterns, which would make things more fun. You could also choose to make an assortment of kinds, instead of one chocolate cake, which someone might not like. Also, if she is actually packing up and leaving tomorrow, cookies would be easier to transport.

Cake would probably be the way to go I think. You could do so many types of cakes like carrot cake, chocolate cake, sponge etc. And make it really nice and maybe add cream and jam and the best part is you can decorate it with yummy icing! And it'll be big enough for them all to share. It'll probably make a bigger impact on them as well. I think that's a really nice idea.

:]
