What is the legal age you can move out of your parents house? Some people have told me 18 and some have told me 17. I'm in South Carolina if that makes a difference. Also, how would you tell your mom you were moving out without hurting her feelings? (link)

This question is for Christians, please.
I consider myself a Christian. I pray and whenever I do, I feel a sense of joy and I feel like I'm talking to the best person ever. But I always sin and I hate myself for it. Everyday, I judge people and I am vein and I get angry.
Whenever I do my hair or put on makeup, I feel like I'm being vein and I feel ugly in God's eyes. I also judge EVERYONE. Like, if I pass by an overweight person, I instantly think "That person is fat". This also makes me feel ugly to Him. I also gossip, lie..I do basically every sin except kill, steal, commit adultery, and worship idols. I repent though.
All of this sin that I do makes me feel like God won't accept me into Heaven when I die. I know that Jesus forgives us when we repent, but I sin so much that it seems like he would never let someone so sinful into his kingdom. When I ask to be forgiven, I always think "You've asked God to forgive you for doing that sin a million times. He won't give you another chance"

I know how you feel but God will forgive you no matter what you do or how many times you do it...he tells you that in his word. You just really need to pray and read in his word and try not to judge people or think that...you know God made that person that way its like you are telling him he didnt do a good job of it...but God makes everything perfect...we are not perfect and we never will be!! But you just need to try harder and get serious about it. It also could be the friends that you hang out with they could be bringing you down..bc i know last yr. in high school i got mixed in with the wrong crowd and went crazy...but thankfully i got my life turned back around!! It depends you can get an unsented lotion or a moisturizing lotion, because if you have sensitive skin it might cause an irritation...so i would use a more tame lotion just in case!! MUCH LOVE...*HaLeY-eRiN*

Well some of the differences beteen Baptist and Catholics are Baptist believe that once your saved you are always saved...because it tells us in the bible Jesus died on the cross for all of our sins that whosoever believeth in him shall have eternal life. Catholics think that if you sin you will loose your salvation but thats not true because if that was the case Jesus would have to die over and over again on the cross to take away our sin...because everyone sins everyday even if you are saved or not...if you are saved you should try your hardest to let others see you are different and try not to be like everyone else but you will still sin, because we are not perfect the only perfect one is Jesus...another difference is Catholics think you cant pray to Jesus that you have to go through the preist and then Mary (Jesus's mother) but Baptist believe that you can pray to him because he tells us to in the bible. Catholics also dont believe in being saved they think that you get into heaven by doing good works on earth and you have to be prayed into purgatory...they have some really wierd beliefs...but you have to be saved in order to go to heaven...where do you live because i know some Baptist churches you could go to and talk to the pastor...but i mean if you dont understand what im saying you can feel free to ask me specific questions...if you want to know how to be saved i can walk you through it i can tell you how if you have a bible or even if you dont...but if you want to find a good church to go to let me know and i'll help you! The Bible is yes the story of Jesus but its so much more than that...it tells you how you should live your life it you're saved. And it tells you about the Rapture and sin and everything...you can go to church and the preacher will preach out of it, and explain things in it. My so called "best friend" started slapping me about a few weeks ago. It's over the stupidest things, too! Like, I have a favorite lip gloss that I put on all the time in school. She hates it, so she slaps me really hard across the face for that. Sometimes it doesn't hurt, but one time she left a red mark on my face. I've tried slapping her back a few times, but she always blocks her face, so I just kick her.
She's also been acting like a bitch lately, like she'll be nice to me and then tell me to go away 2 minutes later. Today, I didn't hang out with her at lunch, and she called me a slut because the kid she likes was NEAR me. I'm not even friends with him and we don't talk! I don't understand what her problem is. Get a 5 lb. weight and lay it on your abs and instead of doing 100 crunches straight just do 10 at a time and make sure that you do them everyday, unless you start feeling pain. Then do it everyother day.

I'm a 17/f and my senior year is just whizzing by. I'm already getting prepared for college in the fall. I have a boyfriend, 21/m, that I have been seeing for nearly a year and a half now. It's pretty serious. When I leave for college in the fall, what are some ways I can still show that I love him and keep our bond as strong as it is? Well if you two are seriously in love and wanting to make it work, you will defanitely think of ways to keep it going! I mean maybe you wont be able to see him every weekend but that will only make yall miss eachother even more! All i can say is that if you're serious about it it will defanitely work out! If you really want to surprise him send notes that say "thinking of you", show up unexpectedly, call him to tell him that you miss and love him. I AM LIKE FREAKING OUT RIGHT NOW! Last week I was 120 exactly, and all of the sudden I weighed myself and I am 129! YES my dear you do gain weight when you're on your period!! I gain like at least 4-5 pounds! But dont go on some stupid diet! Because you could end up just harming yourself!! Just relax it only lasts for a week!! lol **Haley**

This may sound really dumb but I get really nervous just before I see my boyfriend. Like I start shivering and not feeling hungry or sick and I get a weird feeling in my stomach. I usually have to pretend to my bf that I'm cold so I'm shivering. If someone asks my a question my voice trembles ans I have to swallow about 3 times during the time I'm talking. I hate it, it feels awful and I really want to be able to see him without feeling so nervous and edgy all the time. Please, does anyone know what this is and how I can fix it???

ok soo im a girl and im on my period and im getting sick of it because im allergic to a lot of stuff in medicines so i really cant take anything for bloating or cramps. so as far as cramps go i try to use the heating pad and sometimes that helps but like when im at school i cant. and as far as bloating? i have no idea any ideas? Well...sometimes when im at school i wear those Therma Care like heating pads, they stick on you and heat up, so maybe you can try those, they work really good for me! And if you have gym that's also good because excercise is good for cramps too! Hope this helps!! **Haley**

15/f. i've gotten my period before and it has always been a normal color (dark red). like two weeks ago i started getting heavy discharge so i put on a thin pad everyday just in case. now today i got a lot of brown stuff all over my pad. what is this? is this my period but just a funny color? and if so is that bad?

14/F : Never had a boyfriend
Well, I've liked this boy [lets call him Harry] for a long time. I've liked him for a year and a half. Now, Harry and I have recently become better friends that we thought was possible. But yes, we're friends. Anyhow, last year I really liked him and even asked him out a couple times and for a chance. He said no.
This year I talked to him and asked for a chance and he said no again. So at this point I got aggravated and in a sense 'gave up', but I couldn't stop thinking about him. So my friend asked him if he thought I was pretty, and he said yes, I think she's pretty. So I was kind of happy, but I know he apparently doesn't like me.
Yet he flirts with me nonstop, and I flirt back. He flirts with a lot of girls though, so I can't help but think that is his nature. But my friend Holly seems to think he treats me special and is more flirtacious around me, but I thought he didn't like me.
So, basically, I'm VERY confused. Does this kid like me or what? Do I even have a chance?

It seems that this guy has alota girls on his mind...i know it'll be hard but maybe you should just let him flirt until hes ready to be comitted to a serious realtionship? Because if yall started dating and he was flirting with all kinda girls you would be upset wouldnt you?? Guys dont like to see you cry because they know you are hurting...well at least most guys dont...let me rephrase that the ones who care about you dont wanna see you cry! They know that they really cant do anything to help or stop you, it also can put them in an awkward position because they dont know what to do! But thats why they say "please dont cry!"

Everyone is so incredibly jealous of me. I know I'm a nice person and that I don't show off so I don't see how this has happened. My 'best friends' have all turned against me (twice now with different groups, once this year and once last year).
I only have one real friend. People are always complaining how smart, pretty, athletic, rich, stylish etc I am. Never once have I bragged and I NEVER act like I'm better than someone. In fact, I have struggled a lot to achieve everything I have and I love myself. I know exactly who I am.
What I don't understand is why this happened to me or how to get by it. I have tried heart to hearts, ignoring it and everything in between.
I know every single person in my grade at my school (we live in a pretty isolated town) so I can't exactly meet new people. I also don't WANT to forgive the people who have done such mean things to me in my past. Everyone is just so insecure.
How do I get through this? Is there any hope? (link)

well its obviously that they are just jealous of you because you are a hard worker and care about yourself and you are self confident! Dont worry about them! If they are too blind to see what a good friend you were and how wonderful of a person you are then they're not worth your time! Believe me you will find someone else just keep being you and hold your head up high and everything will work out!
