Your doctor knows exactly what allergies you have and will probably have a very good knowledge of the possible things out there that could help you. Asking your doctor is your best bet for finding something that will actually work! Good luck. :) [ sizzlinmandolin's advice column | Ask sizzlinmandolin A Question ]
MissxJacky answered Wednesday November 15 2006, 1:32 pm: As for me, I never get cramps and I hardly get bloated..
But my mom does and I'm sure it really sucks.
If that's happening to you in school you should go lay down in the nurse's office.
If it gets worse you should just call your house and go home for the day.
But if your getting bloated maybe you should think about using tums because that lets all of the air out of your stomach.
PunkieFreak4690 answered Wednesday November 15 2006, 1:25 pm: *Foods/beverages that are high in vitamin E (most fruit has it)
*Therma Care pads that you can use without using a plug for it. You can travel around with them.
*Exercising in whatever way you can. Heavy exercises to me make my cramps worse, so I go light and just walk around.
*A healthy diet. Eating junkfood can make cramps worse.
cuteclogger87 answered Wednesday November 15 2006, 12:50 pm: Well...sometimes when im at school i wear those Therma Care like heating pads, they stick on you and heat up, so maybe you can try those, they work really good for me! And if you have gym that's also good because excercise is good for cramps too! Hope this helps!! **Haley** [ cuteclogger87's advice column | Ask cuteclogger87 A Question ]

It takes away like the cramps, and wherever it hurts. I think itz good. It works for me. And you can do what my grandma does, drinik herbal tea with no sugar or splenda. I hope i helped! Good luck!
