fabiosparrow193 answered Monday February 12 2007, 8:18 pm: What really helps your abs are about 100 crunches a day! yes it sounds crazy but crunches are easy!! another good way is to do like 60 sit ups in a minute every day! if u do both crunches and sit ups you will have rock hard abs pretty soon. or you can do one or the other it's just the results would come a little slower.
