weight i'm not fat, but like when i wake up in the morning my stomach is somewhat flat. but as i eat throughout the day, my stomach kind of grows! at the end of the day, my stomach is pretty big. even if i eat 1 bowl of chicken noodle soup my stomach is huge! i really hate when this happens. like in school right after lunch when i only eat a salad my stomach is pretty big and it's really embarassing, i usually suck in to keep anyone from seeing my big stomach. what can i do to keep my stomach from doing this?

It's possible that you may just have a really fast or really slow metabolism or digestive rate. Some people digest food rather fast, and others don't. It's completely normal. The same thing happens with me, but when I drink water my stomach seems to get a little smaller. ]
Hey. My stomach does the same thing, but probably not for the reason yours does.
Uhm, it happens becuase you don't eat a lot, so your stomach gets wicked stretched out when you eat becuase it got smaller than the size its supposed to be and has trouble fitting in a lot of food. That might not be true but it's all I can think of. Hope I helped ♥ Kathleen.
P.S.the only way to help it [if what i think i right] is to eat a lot on sort of a regular basis. ]
actually i JUST learned this in school today. Some people have REALLY quick digestion and the food goes into your stomach really quickly and will just stay there for awhile brfore moving on! So it's not that your fat it's just your digestion is settling that explanes why your are smaller in the morning ]
