Get his ...clearance/approval first. It's not worth it to piss him off or to lose him as a friend for a girl.
I'd give her some time. She doesnt want to look bad. I wouldnt date an ex's friend shortly after breaking up with the old one. I'd feel insensitive and bitchy!

If you wear pants a lot, go for ankle weights around the house or even out! That's work your legs. Buy small hand weights and lift (biceps, triceps...) while watching TV. Crunches for abs.
Simple things like running and jogging cover a lot of body too.
I'm 13, and I am 5`1. Is there any ways I can grow taller? I heard that after you get your period, you stop growing, but i want to keep growing, because I got mine at an early age (9). My mom said that Yoga will add PLENTY of inches (maybe up to 5`6) , but is there another way that I can get taller? Thanks.

Go running or joggging. EVEN walking if you're real lazy :P.

Practice doing your hair and make-up with what you are wearing before hand. Bring a small hand mirror and a comb to school. (Plus make-up if you have it late in the day for a touch-up.) Smile NATURALLY. If you force a smile youll look odd.

This question is gonna be long so moderators, please don't delete this question. I need to explain myself a little bit before I can explain my question. I'm a 14 year old girl, I'm 5'6, and I weigh 113 pounds. For all my life, I thought I was ugly or below average looking. I have never had a boyfriend but now I think guys are gonna start liking me and then I might get a boyfriend. Well lately, I've been getting great comments like I'm hot or really pretty. Today, I went to the beach with my mom and my sister because we had "to bond more" lol yeah right. When I was walking to the car to go home, a few African Americans and white guys hit on me lol. They said "Damn girl you're fine and you gots a nice ass and legs". After what happened today, I'm feeling more confident about what I look like. I'm going into the 8th grade soon and I think I might get a few boyfriends during the school year. I am done growing in height wise and I think my beauty phase is coming in lol because now people think I'm hot and stuff. Ok for my question, do you think I might get my first boyfriend this year because of what has and is happening to me? Try a live-in rehab center then once your over your addiction STILL go to out patient therapy. Hang out with only clean people. You dont want to end up a loser, in jail, with disgraced and ashamed parents.
There is this guy i like in my Social Studies class. Everyone says he is really nice. I would go up and talk to him, but he is alwayse with his guy friends. They kinda intimidate me. So should I ask around about him (see if he is single, or even interested in me) or should i wait to see if he will come up to me?
