If you wear pants a lot, go for ankle weights around the house or even out! That's work your legs. Buy small hand weights and lift (biceps, triceps...) while watching TV. Crunches for abs.
~*Annie*~ answered Friday August 20 2004, 3:52 pm: Running for 30 minutes everyday strengthens your legs and really improves your stamina. Jump-roping does the same, plus builds your calf muscles. Jogging alongside a beach (or other sandy areas) is good because it's a little bit harder than jogging on a solid surface.
