TRY PILATES! ITs fun, and covers your entire body.
If you wear pants a lot, go for ankle weights around the house or even out! That's work your legs. Buy small hand weights and lift (biceps, triceps...) while watching TV. Crunches for abs.
Simple things like running and jogging cover a lot of body too. ]

Running for 30 minutes everyday strengthens your legs and really improves your stamina. Jump-roping does the same, plus builds your calf muscles. Jogging alongside a beach (or other sandy areas) is good because it's a little bit harder than jogging on a solid surface. But swimming is probably the best exercise, because it works all muscles, but no strain is put on them. Make sure you eat healthy too. I have more tips, you can IM me at babyblu824 or redheadzrock24
