Lose weight!!

Does anyone have any ideas on how i can lose 10 pounds? I don't have a gym membership, so I'll need ways to exercise at home and lose the weight. Thanks!!

Go running or joggging. EVEN walking if you're real lazy :P.

Buy some weights at a sports store and do home exercises. Buy a Pilates book/video. (Its actually fun!)

to lose weight there are many things that you can do. To help to stay in shape i go out for at least a mile run 3 or 4 times a week. this wil help you los weight and get muscles in ur legs. also just keep your self moving through out the day, if yuo just sit around at the computer or tv, then that wont help you help at all!

I lost 10 lbs by doing this. Its a high-protien diet. No pasta, bread, potatoes, or rice. No chips, soda (or pop), junk food...all u eat is meat and eat lots of it. and dont eat after 6 pm...do this for about a week and you'll lose up to 10 lbs! :-D

well...i find that running (jogging)is a great way to lose weight...and with that you get in shape too...i would work my way up from 1 mile to whatever you feel you can do...i run every other day and the results are great...also, u can never go wrong with exercise videos...mainly you need to form a routine that you do daily and stay determined...try to avoid all the junk food..as hard as that sounds!....hope i helped ya and good luck

Eat right and exercise and NEVER touch a single junk food or POP! Eat apples, bananas, fruits, veggies, and no chips or cheesecake!
