how do u do crunches and how many should i do in a day

Sorry for not responding for so long, but I like totally forgot I had this, but for crunches you just do normal types of crunches they teach you in gym class and for starters you should do at least 20 and then progressivly add ten more to every 2 to 3 weeks or if you don't think you can do more in the length of time add them in a month. okay. sorry again for not reponding for such a long time.

Hi I am 13/f, I am about 5'3", and I weight 152-153 lbs. I was wondering if anyone knows a way I can lose 20-30 lbs by May or June? Like any excericises, diets, and if its an excercise tell me how to do them. If it's a diet please give me a site that gives you the guidelines. Also is there anyway to lose like 1-5 lbs a day?

okay the best thing to do is, crunches, lots of crunches, b/c not only will you lose weight you also develope some musle right there and guys love the musles on a girls belly

Ok, I am 14 and turning 15 in a couple of months. I have not started my period and I wear a size B bra so I'm not sure why i haven't started yet. My sister and mom started when they were 12-13 years old, is there something wrong? Thanks Alot!

ok this may be long.
theres the boy hes in 12th grade. Im in 10th and i knew him since 9th grade. well this year he found out that i kind of liked him. and he didnt stop talking to me or acting different. untill he knew for sure i liked him. and now that ive had people go up to him and see if he has a girlfriend and stuff, when he sees me he smiles so big. and he used to hide it and now he lets it show. he always talks to me and messes with me and when i dont say hi to him he askes me why and stuff and he thinks sometimes im mad at him and when i tell him im not he goes oh good because i wouldn't want you mad at me. and he talks to me no matter whose around. and it doesnt matter who hes talking to he'll always say hi to me or something. with a smile. and i jus want to know if he likes me or what? and i had my friend that ask if he had a girlfriend and he said no then she asked him "well do u like amanda? would u ever go with her?" she said he just got the biggest smile on his face. he didnt say nothing but just smiled really big. would you people say he likes me? and what should i do?

well..i just went to the movies with alot of people last night (friday) and i was there with the person i like..and we were holding hands and stuff.. then right befor the movie ended..he made out with me..i didnt know what to do..is it true that it comes naturally to you? cause it didnt to me..i know i did terrible..and he is much more advanced than me..this was my first kiss..it was so embarrising cause i know i did a very bad job.. will i ever learn? and why didnt i know what to do right away like everyone told me i would? please help me..

there is this one kid who i started liking, because we have alot in common, we listen to the same music, dress the same, and i assumed he liked me too because of the way he smiles at me, and plus we're going to a show together. well yesterday he told my best friend that he likes HER, which doesnt even make sense because she's not even his type. and she doesnt even like him back. i'm so confused cause i had no clue that he likes her. but my best friend still thinks theres hope that he could start liking me, but it just doesnt make sense. ps, he doesnt know that i like him, so should i tell him?

well you could tell him if you really want to, or maybe he thinks you cool and all but he might think of you like his sister or something like that, but if you want to know anything i think you should go talk to him and ask if he likes you as a friend of more than a friend and if so say that you like him, i hoped i helped

Okayme andmy friends B & H and H's friend tj were up at tha ball field right and he took a 4x4 and hit the lil conssions thing and dented it and my nestdoor neightbor aka B's cut buddy fuckin called tha cops on us. im 18 and my sister is 24. me and my sister dont get along much. once in awhile, were fine, but other than that, shes always screaming at me. a lot of my friends dont like her, nor does my guy. as the years gone by, ive learned to adapt to the way she treats me, but lately, it has gotten too out of hand and it makes me cry a lot. i told her plenty of times before that she hurts my feelings and shed apologize, but the next day, she still treats me like shit. i know that sisters are supposed to be there for each other through thick and thin, but its more like i have her back and she just brings me down, because basically, she does. she makes my parents go against me, which causes me more pain. what should i do? ive tried talking to her numerous times, but that doesnt ever seem to work? help.. because its literally killing me inside..

I've have a reasonably long term health complaint, and I feel that I've been fobbed off a lot by doctors. I was wondering how to get the most out of my doctors appointments? I tend to end up ranting out of anger at still not having found a cure, but then clam up when I'm pressured for specific details about when a symptom cropped up or how long a spell lasted, because I am bad at remembering details and don't want to give incorrect or misleading information (which might hinder their diagnosis). What is the best way to tell your doctor everything that's relevant without getting sidetracked or having him/her give his/her diagonisis before you've said everything you want to?

why don't you try writing the things down that you want them to know and then give them that paper so you can tell them what you need to tell them i hope it helps

I'm 14 and going into high school this school year. I have been friends with this girl lets just call her Liss since...the end of 6th grade. We became best friends ever in 7th grade and then everything with her other friends went downhill from there. They all hate me and some have now threatened to kill me. I'm not scared, that has nothing to do with this but i'm making a point. I thinks he thinks she can't like me anymore cuz this has been going on awhile and she doesn't wanna get into trouble with her other friends when they do the same thing to her as me. COnfusing i know. Lately, she's been making exscuses not to hang out, she adds me in her profile if i ask her cuz thats how her pro works but she takes me out the next day and never puts me back in. I've told her this bothers me and she always makes up some dumbass exscuse like I had to take someone out there wasnt room. And i'm like i'm ur best friend take someone who isnt. I never said that but i sure did think it. The point is...i think her and i are starting to stop being friends and i dont want to. She's a wonderful person and one of my best friends and i don't wanna lose her to the people who she *THINKS* are her friends. They do seriously threaten to beat and kill me and her..but they are cowards and dont even have the guts to look me in the eye. They wont hurt us no matter what they say but i think she might be scared and stop being my friend just cuz of them. Help me..i'm all confused!

okay this is what you should fo u have to grab her andget her away from her "frineds" and talk to her and be like what is going on with you why do your "friends" hate me so much and stuff like that and tell her you don't like it if she hangs out with them b/c they look like trouble or something like that and let them say what they say there only saying that b/c thats the only way they can feel good about themselves, and if they say something just say something that will confuse them and then they will shut up or just compleatly ignor them

I want to dye my hair a crazy color like blue or purple, and I want to know some good hair products that work for *ahem* ethnic hair ( I'm Black if you haven't figured that out yet) I want something that will be semi-permanent. I also don't want to bleach my hair, I don't want to put too many chemicals in it. So if anyone has any ideas, let me know.
