how do u do crunches and how many should i do in a day

Sorry for not responding for so long, but I like totally forgot I had this, but for crunches you just do normal types of crunches they teach you in gym class and for starters you should do at least 20 and then progressivly add ten more to every 2 to 3 weeks or if you don't think you can do more in the length of time add them in a month. okay. sorry again for not reponding for such a long time. ]
